C est tres bon , un peu plus de soin accordé aux assiettes & au mix des saveurs le rendraient excellent . Exp la cuisson du flétan, le mix miso fromage pleurotes non réussi mais le reste très bon, un des meilleurs apportez votre vin & un excellent fois gras maison

Bonjour, la nourriture était bonne mais très tiède, & pour tout le monde. Ça aurait été meilleur si la température des plats avait été plus chaude ( ex: tartiflette tiédasse)
