This restaurant is a gem. The food & the service were both outstanding. The waitress, Caroline, described each item on the menu in very great detail. Our main dishes of filet mignon & magnet de canard & also an appetizer of riz de veau were cooked to perfection & were very delicious. We will definitely return.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre souper du 24 décembre au restaurant APV État-Major. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent & l'ambiance aussi. Le service était professionnel & chaleureux même si le restaurant était bondé. Les entrées, les plats principaux & les desserts étaient délicieux. Ils étaient exécutés avec finesse & attention. Malheureusement, mon flétan était un peu sec, je crois à cause de l'achalandage. Je suis végétarienne & j'étais surprise de n'avoir aucun choix végétarien sur le menu conçu pour ce soir spécial. Nous planifions y retourner pour découvrir le menu régulier.

J'y étais avec mon fils & nous avons mangé de délicieuses entrées & nos plats principaux étaient vraiment exquis! Je voudrais surtout remercier notre serveuse qui nous a dit tout le menu par coeur. Impressionnant!
