Notre serveuse était désagréable par sa façon d'être pas souriante du tout moi j'ai laissé 15% de pourboire mais mon ami a laissez 10% je sais que c'est difficile d'avoir du personnel main un minimum de façon être est nécessaire.

Pour être bien honnête, j'ai fréquenté l'État Major plusieurs fois au cours des 8 dernières années & ça a toujours été une valeur sûre. Malheureusement, hier la qualité de mes plats n'était pas au rendez-vous. Je ne suis pas expert & je ne peux pas isoler ce qui a changé, mais je n'ai pas eu de plaisir à manger ni l'entrée (la pieuvre), ni le repas principal (l'épaule de porc). Ce n'était pas mauvais, mais plate. Je me souviens entre autres du croûtons qui goûtait exactement comme le croûton que je fais avec mon restant de baguette du super C.

Le service était bien & l'ambiance fidèle à mon souvenir.
