Sur notre table il y avait la pieuvre, les pétoncles & le foie gras en entrées, le thon & la macreuse comme plats & franchement c'était excellent. Je recommande ce resto les yeux fermés.
J'y suis allée avec mon partenaire & on a tout aimé. On a partagé quelques entrées & deux plats principaux, & on n'a pas été déçus. C'était cool de pouvoir apportez nos propres bières.
Amazing food, service & atmosphere!! Have been there several times & each time is fantastic. Thankfully, it was one of the few gourmet restaurants open on Monday evening. Despite being down to core staff, the food was as excellent as ever (even better than usual?). As a bonus we got almost exclusive attention from Mathieu, the most professional server, warm & personable, always there when needed yet giving personal space, the perfect balance. 🫶 Merci à tous l'équipe qui était là ce soir. Je vous suggère de consulter le menu avant votre visite pour trouver le vin qui s'agencera bien à votre plat. La pintade avec purée de chou-fleur accompagné d'un blanc frais goûteux était juste parfait.
En entrée plusieurs ont été conquis par les huîtres. Les conservateurs ont aimé les frites avec sa sauce mayo finement relevée.
En dessert, le beigne chaud est un délice facile à partager avec 4-8 personnes si chacun veut deux ou une bouché sucrée en fin de repas.
Le personnel, délicat, attentionné a offert un service sans faute malgré l'indiscipline de notre groupe.
Quelques plats se sont démarqués, alors que d'autres étaient plus ordinaires. Mention spéciale au service de Florence, qui a été chaleureuse, sympathique & professionnelle.
Malheureusement, l'information concernant la célébration de mon anniversaire ne lui a jamais été transmise, & aucune attention n'a été portée à l'occasion.
Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été agréable, mais sans plus.
I was a big fan of Quartier Général but hadn't been in years after having kids. When I found out it had closed, I was devastated; until I discovered its'brother' restaurant, État Major. I'm so glad I did because our meal was outstanding from start to finish. We shared scallops, beef tartare, foie gras, duck breast, guinea fowl, beef macreuse, beignets with ice cream, & crème brûlée. Every dish was absolutely to die for. Highly recommend!
