Situé au bout de la Well, à proximité du métro Lasalle (ça vous sauve un peu de marche si vous venez du centre ville), Escondite Wellington propose une cuisine mexicaine gouteuse & de qualité. Mon coup de coeur du soir : la quesadilla sincronizada de hongo, à l'huile de truffe ♥ Goûtez aussi les tacos E'steak koreano & nopal, à la surlonge de boeuf paaaarfaitement cuite. En bref, je vous recommande!
Nous sommes allés pour l'anniversaire d'un de nos amis. Superbe soirée! La nourriture est délicieuse, le service impeccable & José est génial pour expliquer le menu & conseiller selon vos préférences, je recommande fortement 😀

Le service était absolument incroyable, je donne un gros 10/10 pour Jose le serveur! L'ambiance était également très chaleureuse. Sans parler du repas, c'était succulent. Je recommande fortement.
An amazing experience on all levels. Food, service, ambiance...all were beyond my expectations. Our waiter Christian was friendly & helpful & made us feel like family. I recommend the Pollos Hermanos tacos for an excellent fried chicken experience, & polish it off with a shot of Peloton de la Muerte Mezcal to finish the evening on a smokey & spicy note. Update: Had another great evening tonight. Our waiter this time was Israel, & he was wonderful. Super attentive & friendly & helpful. The staff here are fantastic.
I ate & drank like a mexican goddess, had the Escondite experience which is perfect for people who can't decide what to get (because honestly every item on their menu is mouthwatering). Our waiter & all the staff were true gems & very attentive. Their prime tequila cocktails were also amazing. This is my third time at Escondite, first two were on Union, & am not disappointed with the quality of their franchise. 10/10 do recommand. Can't wait for the next time

First time there, GF brought me for my bday, had the experience & it was perfect, i highly recommend it if you have a hard time deciding what to get, it comes with 5 courses, my favorites were the corn muffing, they were soft & more like a cake, just amazing, the wings were just crunchy sticky saucy goodness, & the round of soft shelled tacos (2 fried chicken, 2 steak & 2 shrimp) were amazing, seafood is not for me so i let my gf have the shrimp ones, the service was phenomenal, super pleasant & just added to the experience, this is Verdun's new hidden gem & i highly recommend checking it out, would give 10 stars it it were possible.
Hier soir, j'ai dîné à Escondite à Montréal sur Wellington & ce fut une expérience culinaire réussie ! La décoration est juste incroyable (une belle surprise dans les salles de bains 🤫), offrant un véritable voyage sensoriel. La nourriture est fraîche, délicieuse & parfaitement assaisonnée, idéale pour une sortie entre amis. J'ai même célébré mon anniversaire là-bas, ce qui a ajouté une touche spéciale à ma soirée. Le service était souriant & agréable, reflétant une belle harmonie au sein de l'équipe. Je recommande vivement Escondite - 🥂🌮🥗
Je recommande sans hésitation le Escondite Verdun! Bravo pour l'accueil, bravo pour la qualité de la nourriture & les saveurs typiquement mexicaines, bravo pour les cocktails qui donnent envie de s'envoler pour le Mexique. Surtout bravo à notre serveur José qui a contribué à rendre cette expérience unique.
Un local plein de couleurs & d’images qui vous transportent à l’essence de la culture mexicaine.
Un service impeccable.
Un menu bien pensé pour que les convives puissent se régaler en essayant différentes options.
Lors de cette visite, j’ai goûté les tacos, les toasts, les guacamoles & les cocktails. Absolument délicieux.

I highly recommend this place, great service, atmosphere, & very tasty Mexican food. The margaritas were also fantastic. Good place to dine out with your better half or friends.
The food is absolutely delicious! I knew the brand & have tried their tacos many times but the new opening in Verdun doesn't betray their signature. The service is great & the decor is always fabulous! I recommend the Barbacoa & the E-steak tacos ! Add some tabasco for realness! Love it & will come back for more !
