Food was excellent! The staff was amazing, & the drinks were spicy. I think they may be short?staffed, as the service was a little slow. However, the atmosphere, along with the staff's enthusiasm & great attention, made the wait completely tolerable.

I think the manager tonight (thursday) really needs to step things up. He was loudly giving notes to the waitresses to change out condiments more often (why weren't they changed often in the first place?); more disappointingly, he was taking shots with the staff while we were having dinner as well. The staff were also having very loud personal conversations right near the tables, to the point where I could hardly hear anything but them. One waitress was loudly open-mouth wet coughing right near the bar & food. Finally, our waitress did not check on us despite only having 2 tables & started clearing dishes before I was done eating, making me feel rushed. This was my first negative experience at this chain, & I was honestly shocked because it's always been a sure thing in terms of quality service & good food at other locations. I felt like I was intruding on the staff's good time.
