Très déçue… La nourriture était excellente, mais notre serveuse nous a négligées. À la fin du repas elle nous a réclamé plus de pourboire & elle a fait une scène devant les autres clients. C'était très gênant & très inconfortable! Le jour de la fête des mères en plus! Très déçue de cette serveuse au cheveux bruns qui nous a obliger à lui donner plus que 15%. Je n'ai jamais vu ça. En plus, nous avions demander une boîte pour emporter qui n'est jamais venue donc ma grand mère a dû rapporter son plat dans un mouchoir… Je voulais revenir pour la nourriture, mais cette employée n'a vraiment pas été professionnelle alors je ne conseille pas du tout.

Pricey but the food is really good! I highly recommend the soup. Skip the key lime dessert & go straight for the churro!

The service was good, the place looked nice. The food had no taste. There weren't many options on the menu. So you would think that what was available would be good. The presentation of the good was nice but it was mostly tasteless. We tried different types of tacos & none of then were noteworthy. The chicken in the taco was tough & chewy. You might think, this is a bar so maybe the drinks are better than the food. But that wasn't the case either. All in all, good staff & atmosphere. But the food & drinks were lackluster.

La bouffe n'a pas de goût. Manque d'assaisonnement. J'ai pris des tacos crevettes & c'était super graisseux. Soupe d'haricot ça ne goûtait pas les haricots. Dispendieux pour ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette. Petite portion.

Vraiment très bon restaurant ! Tout était savoureux. Jai été ravie par le service de notre serveuse Jessica. Elle était super souriante, douce & très patiente tout au long du repas. Elle a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions avec gentillesse & s'est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Son attitude chaleureuse a vraiment rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable.

Been coming to escondite for a while now & can definitively say the'el-chapiflor' probabaly one of the best things ive ever had! the food almost all throughout is delicious & staff & service is always nice & always accommodating!

I always enjoy my food at escondite, I actually found this place on a food show watching the food network & was happy to try it out. I love their korean steak tacos they are my favourite thing on the menu, I cannot go to this place without ordering them some times im guilty of ordering them twice! I also really enjoy their mango salad & i love their Micheladas they are not a common thing in montreal so im always happy to enjoy one at their restaurant. The service was a bit slow but the food made up for it.

Je suis allé au Escondite & c'était un coup de coeur du début à la fin! L'ambiance était chaleureuse, les plats savoureux & authentiques, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est le service impeccable que nous avons reçu.
Un énorme merci à Nada, notre serveuse, qui a rendu notre soirée encore plus spéciale! Son énergie, son sourire & ses recommandations parfaites ont ajouté une touche humaine & attentionnée à notre repas.
Je recommande vivement ce resto pour une sortie entre amis. & si vous avez la chance d'être servis par Nada, vous êtes entre de très bonnes mains!

This place is nothing short of spectacular ! The food is amazing , the staff is attentive & welcoming , our waitress Salma was a gem , & if you are lucky enough to meet the owner guaranteed your experience will be top notch ! Will return to dine on their terraces this summer !

My new favourite spot! Love the Food, the Drinks were amazing, & the service provided by Meggie was impeccable. Definitely will be going back! Haven't had a full on perfect experience like that in a very long time!
