Très décevant. Vraiment....

Dès notre arrivée, on nous a mis de la pression en nous disant qu'ils fermaient bientôt, alors qu'il restait encore environ une heure & quart avant la fermeture. Ça donnait déjà l'impression qu'on dérangeait.

Le service a ensuite été catastrophique. La serveuse nous a dit qu'elle revenait... puis elle a disparu pendant près de 25 minutes. Elle n'est pratiquement jamais revenue à notre table, ne nous a jamais rempli nos verres d'eau, & c'est une autre serveuse, qui semblait même être en pause, qui est venue nous aider.

Pendant ce temps, le gérant & le barman semblaient avoir un conflit derrière le bar, ce qui contribuait à une ambiance vraiment étrange & peu professionnelle.

Au moment de payer, la serveuse nous a simplement donné le terminal & est repartie accueillir d'autres clients sans même un'merci', un'bonne soirée' ou un'au revoir'.

La nourriture était bonne, mais servie un peu froide. Malheureusement, ça ne compense pas un service aussi mauvais. C'est correct il y a des jours comme ça.

J'ai eu de très bonnes expériences au Escondite du centre-ville, donc la comparaison est difficile à éviter. Celui de Laval est, selon mon expérience, à des années-lumière en dessous.

Je n'y retournerai pas. Genre, jamais.
