Quality has been declining over the last years. I would advise people to go elsewhere if they want good food. The maple taffy was truly bizarre & did not taste good AT ALL.Voir plus

The maple taffy seemed to have been mixed with sugar syrup or something equivalent, it didn't taste well! The food at the restaurant was below average. No bacon, no maple sausages, desserts were below average quality too. Service was quite slow, & we had to insist many times to get things on the table. The dinning area is very nicely decorated.Voir plus

Excellent Cabane à sucre. The food was great & a traditional menu was served. We had a table just for our family. Great service from staff. There is traditional collection of maple from the trees in the back of the building (which was great to show my family from out of the country) with knowledgeable staff.Voir plus

Were well informed on process of making maple syrup in the sugar shack.
Maple taffy was to die for. Definitely highly recommend. Will return next year no
