Nous avons récemment célébré notre souper de fin d'année à votre restaurant, une pizzeria italienne qui a laissé une empreinte indélébile sur notre soirée. En accueillant une trentaine de convives, le restaurant (Amélie) a combiné avec aisance un service impeccable à une expérience culinaire qui a dépassé nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil chaleureux de vos employés (Amélie & son équipe) a donné le ton à une soirée délicieuse. La vedette de la soirée, incontestablement, a été la cuisine. La constance de la cuisine dans la livraison de plats de haute qualité pour un groupe aussi important mérite des éloges.
Tout a été parfait! Grazie mille à toute l'équipe de la Pizzeria Monza d'avoir rendu notre souper de fin d'année inoubliable.
Service était à peine correct. Nous avons pris un menu enfant, j'ai dû demander pour la boisson & le dessert non proposé! Le serveur n'avait pas vraiment envie de bonus servi

J'ai pris le repas de sauce Alfredo & poulet 😏sa ressemble à une sauce pris en pot d'épicerie sans goût liquide & le poulet pré coupé pris genre Costco dans les produits surgelés désolé , mais le service étais super 👍🏼
Great service & well maintained place. Super nice for a night out or drinks. Went out with some friends & the quality of food definitely went down compared to a few years ago, fried bocconcini were cold in the middle, pasta was bland & missing some love & presentation, pizza was soggy with floppy dough & not well cooked at all. For the price paid, food should be slightly better.
I've been a frequent customer of this restaurant since it first opened, but I have to say over the last couple of years I stopped going & now I know why. For starters, the last time I went, the food was just ok. I ordered the arancini & it was cold inside, but I digress. I went last night for dinner with a friend & it was my first time taking her there. I called a day earlier & was told not to make any reservations because we were only two people. We walk in & we're told there was no spots left unless we wanted to be seated next to a group of teenagers at the far back of the restaurant, so we then agreed to wait for a spot to be available. A gentlemen heard & then all of a sudden told the woman at the front that there was a booth available on the other side of the restaurant next to the window. We were content as we didn't have to wait long at all, & we followed the woman to the table. She then walked us over to a table with a booth that had the most horrific looking seats I've ever seen, but because we didn't have time to go anywhere else we accepted, & I now regret this, as I should have definitely said something. We went on with our evening & the food was decent & the service was ok. I would also like to mention that in the women's bathroom there were two stalls out of order & the stalls that weren't out of order both had no toilet paper, & the garbage bin was overflowing to the rim of brown paper. Overall, it surprises me that the owner(s) of a restaurant would let their customers actually sit at a booth with seats like this, & wouldn't consider some light renovations & up keep? I guess at the end of the day, they just care about the dollar a sign & don't want to refuse any of their customers, but after last night I definitely won't be coming back.
Was for my daughter 17th birthday party & was an amazing night. Service was on point for them & for me sitting at the bar. Excellent service for me from Cat B. & Steven's was in charge of the group he was impeccable. Would also like to say a big thanks to the owner & management team for a wonderful evening. If I wanted too nitpick would my dish was lacking salt. But that's the only thing. If you have an event too plan this is the place for you 💕
we truly enjoyed the pasta & pizza & appetizers that was ordered, however, we were greatly disappointed with one of the dishes. This was a sirloin steak. The sirloin steak was scored like the chef had checked it for doneness. It was sent back to the kitchen, because even though we ordered it medium rare, the blood ran into the potatoes. The meat should have been "well rested" & NOT SCORED before being served to our client. When it was returned back to your kitchen another piece of sirloin was brought back this time it wasn't medium rare but over cooked, unlike what was requested.
Malgré que le restaurant soit vide, notre serveur avait l'air très pressé & désintéressé. Nos plats sont tout de même arrivés très rapidement, mais disons que nous avons déjà vu des serveurs plus chaleureux.
