Cool atmosphere (even if a lil noisy) & overall good food but disorganized establishment :
- 3/4 of the menu are not available & yet advertised on their site & the physical menu (should have told us before ordering & not meanwhile).
- I was told to wait to order desserts as the ones listed were not available but one. In the end, obliged to get that as kitchen was closed.
- Found a hair finishing my canard.
- Got told on by the waiter with the hamilton watch for I didn't tip him after the above mentioned issues. He also told me off as they offered me a couple of glasses of prosecco which do not make up for the lackings. Moreover, their actual price is not worth a 15% tip over what I spent.
Staff should treat clients right regardless of tips.Voir plus

J'ai découvert ce restaurant pour la Saint-Valentin & l'expérience a été parfaite. L'endroit est magnifique, avec une ambiance cozy & chaleureuse qui met tout de suite à l'aise. La nourriture était excellente, bien préparée & pleine de saveurs. Le service était aussi au top, attentif sans être envahissant. C'est vraiment une belle adresse que je recommande fortement, autant pour une soirée en couple que pour une belle sortie entre amis !Voir plus

The restaurant itself was beautiful, with a great atmosphere, but unfortunately, the service was a letdown. We were seated at the bar, which was disappointing since we had come for my fiancé's birthday. Initially, the waiter was friendly & offered some good recommendations, but the food didn't meet our expectations, although the drinks were fantastic. When it came time to pay, my fiancé suggested we cover an additional dish we didn't enjoy, & he offered to tip on his own to balance out the bill. The waiter's response was disappointing - he seemed to expect more & even mentioned that tipping depends on overall experience, all while showing a disrespectful attitude. While I understand tipping is optional & based on the experience, I don't think it was justified to demand a large tip after a less-than-pleasant meal. I still tipped, but it felt unnecessary given the service. We've had much better experiences at other fine dining places, where both the food & the service made us want to return. This experience was unfortunately not one of them, & I regret spending so much for such a crap experience.Voir plus

There is no parking designated for the restaurant,
I didn't see an underground or anything
Upon arrival you are greeted by staff to take your jackets which is nice. When we arrived upstairs I guess it didn't matter if you had a reservation or not because apparently'there's no seats available' even with my reservation. We were seated on the terrace on high chairs which were super uncomfortable.
Now the staff/server took forever to come to us which was pretty bad, we waited about 15 minutes just to get greeted & water. After explaining the difficult menu the server went ahead & explained ANOTHER'secret' menu that he was having trouble with remembering, also no prices on the'secret' menu so we where just blind on that.
When the food came, it was very small portions, for such high prices. The food wasn't terrible but the price doesn't justify the portion size

Without a doubt this is one of the most unique & beautiful places in Montreal. The interior is giving five star luxury art deco, which is complemented by the delicious dishes offered in the menu. Shout out to the wagyu tartare! Service is great with everyone being super attentive to our needs throughout the evening.Voir plus

Je donne une note de 5 étoiles pour ce fameux restaurant⭐️ Hier soir au Emmanuelle, nous avons adoré notre soirée, nous étions un groupe de six personnes & notre charmante serveuse Alyson qui étais débordée à été patiente à nous servir, elle nous à présenté le menus du jour qui étais sous la fois impressionnant, nous avons aussi bien aimé la carte de cocktails, c'est un restaurant digne d'un bon service, je vais le recommander & revenir sans doute !!Voir plus

The waitress got everything wrong. The short rib was cold, they forgot my pasta & received a cappuccino instead of my drink. We received potatoes when we never ordered them...The worst part is that it wasn't even busy & she screwed up that bad...not impressed.Voir plus
