Sono stato in questo ristorante ed ho ordinato dei Szechuan Shrimps. Volevo anche una semplice insalata verde... cosa impossibile non essendo compresa nel menù, ho quindi optato per una mezza porzione e di un'altra insalata di cui non ero molto convinto ma che si è rivelata molto buona. La cosa che mi ha dato fastidio è stata che il cameriere che ha preso l'ordine è stato molto sbrigativo e a tratti un po' scorbutico.
Sembrava molto sorpreso che non avessi ordinato del riso, so che è la base della cucina orientale, ma non mi andava di prenderlo.
Il piatto di gamberetti è risultato anch'esso molto gustoso.
Una cosa negativa è il fatto che non vendono vino. È vero che serve una licenza a parte ma cavolo siete un bel ristorante potete prenderla la licenza per gli alcolici.
L'ambiente è molto carino e accogliente e il resto della clientela molto buono.
Il prezzo è risultato buono per il livello del cibo e dell'ambiente.
Potrebbe avere molte potenzialità

Visited Restaurant Emeraude de Bangkok with a group of 5. The restaurant was completely full, which explains the longer wait times at the entrance & for the food. Part of the staff was also coming back from vacation, so the team was clearly very busy, but they stayed polite & professional the whole time.

Once seated, the experience was good overall. The food was fresh, flavorful, & the portions were satisfying. The atmosphere was lively & you could tell the place is popular for a reason.

If you're patient & not in a rush, it's still a solid place to enjoy Thai food with family or friends.

Restaurant familial. Le personnel est peu souriant & brusque avec les client.
Les serveurs ne comprennent & ne parlent pas un minimum de français & l'anglais est limité. Nous avons partagé des plats dont le plat de boeuf échalotes & gingembre. Dans ce plat, il y avait exactement 4 tiges d'oignons verts, une tonne d'oignon & le goût de gingembre était à peine perceptible.
Surprenant que le restaurant soit rempli!

Ridiculous Management can't be bothered to update their hours online & say they are closed came for nothing. Just a sign at the door when you show up. Won't make the trip back for lack of respect.

Love this place BUT the portions are too small. Prices have gone up & portions have gone down. A plate of General Tao $20+ is not worth the amount you get on your plate. Getting several dishes…a family of 4 costs an average of $100 - & you don't feel satisfied.
It seems that they cater more to elderly people in the area. If they want their business to boom you need to attract Gen Z, millennials & Gen X - you need to make your portions worth while!

Bon restaurant thailandais! Je recommande le combo pour deux personnes qui permet un bon rapport quantité-prix. J'apprécie le cury rouge au poulet. L'ambiance est tranquile pour le diner , mais le restaurant est souvent plein pour le souper.

I've been going here for a decade & without a doubt, every time it's as good as the last.
Bringing your own wine is always a plus & the staff is friendly & very accommodating.

Food is basic, the green curry beef was sweet & not at all spicy, very noisy on a Saturday night, waiters were on the go looked like they could use a dose of Prozac. It was ok for a night out with friends but you'll have a difficult time having a conversation. Pretty average. 2nd visit & it will be the last. Staff are unfriendly & never smile. Food this time was mediocre.
