I often go there with my wife but also with guests & I feel we will always be well served ! Food is always the best quality as they can serve & service is pretty fast. The staff is always very welcoming & there's never pressure to leave ! I highly recommend

Met a local woman & asked where would she take grandma & grandpa for the best meal in Hudson...Embers! She was correct...fabulous! Elk tartare & steak with mushrooms & pasta...WOW!

I am always satisfied & impressed after a meal at Embers! Great cocktails, menu where you want to try everything. Service always on point.
Accommodations made for dietary restrictions.
Music quiet in the background, so you can actually converse across a table!
I'm always there for team celebrations, so lunch on a Wednesday type thing, but I get the feeling this would be a fun 5 à 7 spot, on the patio in summer or the bar in winter. Great senses of humour 👌

What a gem of a restaurant !!! Why haven't we tried it sooner. Authentic, family like atmosphere & welcome. The menu peaked my curiosity on so many levels. Complex dishes with different familar ingredients coming together in a spectacular way. Over the moon with my choices, can't wait to go back to try the dishes I have not ordered. Thank you to the whole team to have been able to orchestrate such a delicious & unforgettable evening!

Quelle trésor caché!! Pourquoi ne pas l'avoir essayé auparavant. Authentique, atmosphère familiale avec un accueil chaleureux. Le menu m'a intrigué à plusieurs niveaux. Des mets complexes avec des ingrédients familier qui s'agencent de façon spectaculaire. Comblé de mes choix, excitée de revenir essayer les autres qui me tentait. Un gros merci à toute l'équipe d'organiser parfaitement une soirée aussi délicieuse & inoubliable. Ça vaut vraiment la peine. A la prochaine!
