Portion généreuse. Fish & Chip délicieux.
Service correct. Demandé un Perrier & j'ai reçu un verre & je n'ai pas vu la bouteille. J'ai un doute: peut-être de l'eau pétillante-maison.
Un verre d'eau avec des glaçons servi a notre arrivée. Les glaçons avaient un mauvais goût. La machine à glace a besoin d'un nettoyage.
J'y retournerai pour mon plat.

The service & ambiance were very good; however, we were a bit disappointed with the food & drinks.

We ordered non-alcoholic drinks without ice, but they arrived only half full. The portion of fried calamari was also quite small for the price. Unfortunately, the fries served with our main dishes were overcooked, to the point that they were noticeably brown & lacked the quality we expected.

Overall, while we enjoyed the atmosphere & service, the food & drinks did not meet our expectations given the prices.

I often go there with my wife but also with guests & I feel we will always be well served ! Food is always the best quality as they can serve & service is pretty fast. The staff is always very welcoming & there's never pressure to leave ! I highly recommend

Met a local woman & asked where would she take grandma & grandpa for the best meal in Hudson...Embers! She was correct...fabulous! Elk tartare & steak with mushrooms & pasta...WOW!
