She knew everything about the menu which helped us a lot since my girlfriend is allergic to milk & beef. We had a wonderful time chatting with one of the owners Christine who is one of the sweetest people we've ever met. Such amazing staff. The bartender Rudy made the best Amaretto sours we've ever had & I can only imagine how good the other drinks are. Was a wonderful time & a great place to have a nice date. 100% coming back here & I'm sure this is one, if not our favourite restaurant in Hudson.
The service was adequate, not stellar. My partner's filet mignon which he ordered medium rare was almost well-done. My fish & chips was awful. The over battered fish was greasy & the fries were so salty that after a few bites, my lips & mouth hurt too much to continue. The drinks were good but we won't return. Quite pricy for a disappointing meal.
Really enjoyed everything. The salads are amazing especially the beet salad. We both had the burger....yum yum yum . Next time will be having the lamb. My only suggestion is that you might offer 2 sizes of wine by the glass. One is not enough & 2 is a little too much. When you are 2 dining & one doesn't drink a bottle is too much...but will certainly not stop me from going back time & time again.
I have been to this restaurant time & time again & have never been disappointed. Service is always amazing, great food, drinks & great vibes. It is my go to place for any occasion. Thank you !
Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Embers Hudson. Staff were friendly, efficient & polite, food & drink were excellent, inviting patio & clean facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our first time in this cute village & great restaurant.
