What an incredible little bar! If you love rum like I do, this is the most obvious stop of all time - you have to go & check out their amazing selection of rums. That said, if you don't (or think you don't) like rum, you might enjoy El Pequeno even more, because I absolutely guarantee you will have one of the most delicious beverages of your life & leave with a new understanding of what rum can be.
It's such a unique, fun little spot & the service is exceptional. Your best bet is to ignore the (really cool, baseball card-style) menu altogether & have whoever is behind the bar whip you up something to your tastes.
If I could only pick one spot in this city to drink, El Pequeno would be getting all my business; as much for the awesome service & people behind the bar as the insane cocktails.
I cannot speak highly enough of this place - the bartenders & service are always exceptional, as are the drinks. Every new friend or family member I bring falls in love with it, too.
The smallest bar in Canada specializing in rum-based cocktails - & easily one of the coziest. It may be tiny, but it's warm, lively, & full of charm. Even if you're not a rum drinker, don't worry; Jackson will convert you after just one (& probably a few more) of his incredible creations. It's the kind of place you fall in love with for its intimacy, its magical service, & its unforgettable cocktails. This is indeed the smallest bar in Canada. The vibe is super chill & as the bartender would say'it is like having a drink at your house'. A very cozy place, so small that you finish having friendly interactions with the people around, I would say it's a nice place to meet new people & mostly Spanish speakers.
This is a can't miss hole in the wall in Montreal! Amazing drinks that's can be catered to your exact taste! I can not say enough good things about the staff, the drinks & the atmosphere! Don't leave Montreal without visiting!

Our favourite little cocktail bar in Montreal. We visit every time. Mixologist Jackson is the best!! So talented & friendly. The selection of rum based drinks is incredible. Highly recommend.
