If you're in Laval & haven't tried Le Pastaman yet, you're seriously missing out. Known for their exceptional pastas which absolutely live up to the hype, I decided to try something different today. Wow how glad that I did.

I had both the beef burger & the chicken burger, & they were just as impressive. For the beef burger, it came in a brioche bun, adding its sweetness & fluffiness, the super juicy beef patty with the correct spices, the special sauce & a lot more quality ingredients. The chicken burger came with the same bun, a first time to taste a chicken breast well seasoned & cooked to perfection while keeping all its juices. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients by simply identifying the colours before the taste, everything is fresh, perfectly cooked, & packed with flavor. Every bite was rich, satisfying, & honestly hard to put down.

It's rare to find a place that excels across the menu like this. Whether you're craving pasta or a seriously good burger, a philly steak or even a poutine, Le Pastaman delivers. Definitely one of my top spots in Laval right now.

Not to forget the highly professional team experienced with hospitality, welcoming, & mostly who are aware of every detail whether it is customer or kitchen or offered food related.

El Rosa with chicken - 8/10 very flavourful but the chicken was very dry & too thick to enjoy El Rosso - 6/10 not very flavourful, threw it out Portion size was pretty big, the garlic bread they give you with the pasta is not great. Glad they were open late at night

The garlic bread, however, was underwhelming. Service is friendly, & despite the minor flaws, it's a decent choice for late-night pasta.
