I'm updating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. I've visited the restaurant three times over the past year, & everything has become much better.

My visit to Nazar restaurant left me with mixed feelings. The BBQ items were delicious, perfectly cooked & seasoned to perfection. But the shawarma was from the previous day, lacking the freshness I expected( it was heated from fridge, not fresh from the shawarma machine)

The staff were exceptionally friendly & welcoming, which enhanced the dining experience but unfortunately, they made three mistakes that slightly disrupted our meal.

In terms of pricing, I found it reasonable given the portion sizes & quality of the BBQ dishes.

Overall, Nazar restaurant has its strengths with delicious BBQ options & a warm atmosphere created by the friendly staff. However, improvements are needed in ensuring food freshness & order accuracy. Three stars reflect my mixed experience.

Petit restaurant incroyable qui gagne à être connu! Ce restaurant nous fait voyager. La nourriture est délicieuse, les portions sont généreuses, les petites attentions apportées par le personnel rendent l'expérience super agréable. Nous avons voyagé le temps d'un dîner & nous y retournerons très prochainement pour découvrir d'autres mets du menu.

Sans aucun doute l'une des meilleures adresses pour déguster un vrai kebab. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir & je recommande vivement cet établissement. L'accueil est chaleureux, l'endroit est très propre & la viande est de très bonne qualité!!

La nourriture était bonne, mais les prix sont assez élevés pour ce type de restauration rapide turque. La serveuse offrait un excellent service & était très agréable. En revanche, les cuisiniers étaient peu courtois & semblaient manquer de notions de service à la clientèle. Pour un prix similaire, je préfère aller dans un restaurant turc offrant une meilleure ambiance & une expérience plus raffinée.

Afters 2 years of ordering food, they messed up my order. So i called the store & explained everything to them. At first the employee said she cant do nothing about it then said she can give us a 2$ discount or 1 piece of kabeb. Knowing its 30min to go & 30min to come back, i told her its not worth it & its their fault for messing up the order. After 10minutes on the phone, the employee said she can refund us the whole amount or 4 pieces of kabeb. At first we said we want the refund but then we felt bad & said we would accept the 4 pieces. She hung up the phone & 7 minutes later called saying she wants the food back. We have a baby at home & my baby was hungry so of course in that 7 minutes he touched & ate some of the food. So its contaminated & we cant bring it back. Later on the manager calls saying why we ate the food if we didn't like it. I explained the situation & she started getting louder & louder. Even tho its her own employee that told us to eat the food. In the end she threatened to call the police if we report it. 0 customer service, 0 for management aswell.

Adana durumu ilk defa soslu yedim. Cok kotuydu. Durum dememe ragmen sandvic getirdiler kotuydu.
Kelle paca kotuydu ama eger etli corba olarak dusunurseniz begenebilirsiniz. Umarim bir daha yolumuz dusmez saglicakla !

The food was great, taste & portion was good.
The atmosphere was nice & decoration was beautiful.
