I recently visited this restaurant & I was truly impressed. For me, the most important thing when dining out is hygiene, & this place was exceptionally clean. The restroom was spotless & well organized, & the restaurant itself - including our table - was very clean & tidy.
I had the mixed döner plate, lentil soup, & finished with fresh künefe & Turkish tea. Everything was incredibly delicious & honestly exceeded my expectations.
The restaurant owner was also very attentive. He came to our table, asked if everything was going well, & we had a short, pleasant conversation. He was very kind & genuinely caring toward his guests.
It was a wonderful experience & I would definitely recommend this place.
My brother gave me a $100 gift card, & my wife & I finally used it all up after our fourth visit in just two weeks. The food is absolutely delicious & the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get.
What stands out the most to me is the clean, fresh ingredients. Everything tastes wholesome & well prepared. It's one of the few places where I genuinely leave feeling better than when I arrived.
We'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

The food was absolutely delicious & full of authentic flavors. The kebabs were perfectly cooked, & the fresh bread was amazing. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, & great service made the experience even better. I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommended. 😋🔥
With my wife, we found this Turkish restaurant, a true Gem 💎 in Laval. The staff welcomed us & gave us a great service. Even provided my baby daughter with coloring book & pen to draw. They also gave my daughter candy lollipop. since we discovered this place during Mother's day, they were offering all women with a red rose flower which was very beautiful & appreciated. Then, we ordered their mix kebab grill with their chicken pide & it was delicious, from their doner to their Adana kebab it was amazing. Their chicken pide is a MUST, you have to try it! Everything is freshly made & cooked! Great taste, great flavour, great price. Inside it is not fancy but you can feel that this is family owned & it is warm & nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place!!!!

Update 08Jan2026: still great food & quality. I have recently ordered few times in January 2026 through Doordash & the service was excellent. Their Chicken Doner is amazing either in plate with bulgur or in sandwich! I also recommend their Cacik Tzatziki sauce, it pairs very well with their chicken doner. I still highly recommend!!!

My visit to Nazar restaurant left me with mixed feelings. The BBQ items were delicious, perfectly cooked & seasoned to perfection. But the shawarma was from the previous day, lacking the freshness I expected( it was heated from fridge, not fresh from the shawarma machine)
The staff were exceptionally friendly & welcoming, which enhanced the dining experience but unfortunately, they made three mistakes that slightly disrupted our meal.
In terms of pricing, I found it reasonable given the portion sizes & quality of the BBQ dishes.
Overall, Nazar restaurant has its strengths with delicious BBQ options & a warm atmosphere created by the friendly staff. However, improvements are needed in ensuring food freshness & order accuracy. Three stars reflect my mixed experience.
We had lunch here on Saturday December 13th after seing a social media post advertising this place. There were lots of seats, mix of booths & tables - we were served promptly & had no issues with food or service.
Our party of 3 tried the mix meat platter, some type of cheese roll appetizer, one of their spinach/cheese pizzas & a beef doner sandwhich. The meal also came with two types of dips & bread, which were delicious. We could tell everything was fresh & made with care. Portions & pricing are very fair.
My only complaint is that the shaved doner meat (beef) which we chose tasted gamey, it had a strong flavor compared to other gyro style meats I've had elsewhere. This almost tasted like lamb despite being described as beef only. I am not a fan of lamb or any strong gamey flavors so beware if you are getting this. I also noticed the kebabs are a mix of lamb. Might be best to stick with chicken if you do not want to risk it.

This was my first time tasting Turkish cuisine & I was truly impressed by this restaurant! The service was excellent & I love how every dish comes with complimentary entrées - ezme, tzatziki, & fresh bread to dip in! I highly recommend it!
I've tried a lot of restaurants, especially Turkish restaurants Montreal. Nothing comes close to this awesome experience.
Not only is the service so nice & friendly. The chefs are the best never seen chefs, so dedicated & loyal to what they're creating every meal is a masterpiece.
If you'd like to taste real donner, made the real way fresh not frozen you need to come here.

I had a great experience at Nazar Doner Kebab! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so welcoming, especially with the Turkish music playing in the background, it really added to the vibe.
The staff was super friendly, & I was impressed that the manager personally noticed when we were leaving & made sure to say goodbye. Little touches like that go a long way!
I ordered the Lahmajoon & a doner sandwich. Both were a great size-not too small, not too much. The beef was super fresh, & there was plenty of meat, which made each bite delicious, The sauce was just the right amount, tasty, but didn't sit heavy at all.
Overall, great food, great people, & a great vibe. I'll definitely be coming back!
