Very disappointing experience - twice.

Our previous visit was already frustrating. The service was extremely slow, different items were served with long gaps in between, & we had to wait far too long for almost everything. At one point, we even had to go to the counter ourselves to pick up our order.

We still decided to give Nazar another chance today, hoping the first experience had just been a bad day. Unfortunately, it was even worse.

The food took a very long time to arrive, & after all that waiting, it was served COLD- everything we received was cold.

The portion sizes were also very small compared with the prices, so the value just wasn't there.

Waiting that long for cold food & small portions is simply unacceptable. We genuinely wanted to give this place another chance, but after two disappointing visits, we don't plan to return.

Ça prend vraiment beaucoup trop de temps pour préparer la nourriture. Pourquoi est-ce que j'ai attendu 45 minutes pour ma commande alors qu'il n'y avait même pas de clients à l'intérieur ?

I had an amazing experience at this Turkish restaurant. The food was delicious, fresh, & full of authentic flavor, & the staff were incredibly friendly & welcoming. The atmosphere was warm & cozy, perfect for a relaxing meal. Everything exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back many more times.

J'ai été aujourd'hui pour souper . Malgré qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde, on a dù attendre presque 1 heure pour qu'on soit servis ! & la plus belle j'ai eu mal au ventre avant de sortir du restaurant!
Honnêtement, je n'y reviendrai plus jamais & je le déconseillerais.
