Arriving at 5:30 nobody asked if we wanted drinks, taking 15 minutes to bring water. The salads were good but the bread was served with what tasted like margarine (!) & one of our party had her order forgotten & wasn't served until we were almost done. A number of us had veal or chicken parmagiana which was soggy & drowned in non-descript tomato sauce with no detectable parmesan. Several didn't eat more than half of it & declined an offer to take the rest home. The menu doesn't have any lighter choices or options other than pasta as a side. The place was very busy by the time we left but we won't be going back.
My friend & I had an amazing experience at this restaurant.
We came without a reservation on a Saturday evening & we were quickly assigned a table.
We really didn't have to wait long at any point during our experience.
We arrived at 18h20 & left with a full belly at 19h30.
We received the menu quickly & the waiter came 5 minutes later to take our order.
Parmesan cheese was offered both when we were served the appetizers & main dishes.
The virgin bloody Cesar was excellent.
The Italian wedding soup was very good, my friend even ordered a second serving.
The garden salad was very refreshing & had just the right amount of dressing.
My friend thinks the Canadian calzone was very good. It was served with a side of marinara sauce & spicy oil.
I really liked the spaghetti & meatballs.
All the staff were very friendly & polite.
I read a review saying the waiter did not put his leftover food in a container he will take home. I had the same experience, the waiter left us a container to put our leftovers in, but I think this is completely fine considering the prices at this restaurant are affordable. I would expect the waiter to do it for me if I were dining at an expensive restaurant.
This is a processed food restaurant, & even the salad was ‚limp', sorry to say this place will only be on my visit list prior to close starvation
Pizza 🍕 trop salé pour nous & salade 🥗 César ok sans plus. Moi je n' y retourne pas.Les miroirs le long du mur des banquettes était tous malpropres.
Nous avons bien aimer la salade , le pain & la liqueur à volonté nous avons manger des poulet parmigiana tout était bien sauf le poulet qui étais bien trop cuit presque brûlé. J'y retournerai mais je mangerai que des pâtes cette fois si
Not a bad experience...would recommend..not authentic Italian ,but you get what you pay for. My expectations were not high but I must say that the'all you eat soup & salad'works if you choose to have a full meal with soup salad & main. No dessert required 🥰
Tout était parfait. Un menu très variés. 2 entrées d'inclus avec les repas principaux. Loriane nous a offert un service impeccable. Si on prend un potage, une salade & un repas principal pour maximum 27$... on va revenir.

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon repas chez Eastside Marios. C'est certain que le service est plutôt lent, disons qu'il ne faut pas être pressés. Par contre, c'est une expérience super. Avec nos plats de pâtes, nous avons eu soupe & salade à volonté, tout comme mon breuvage de thé violet à la limonade. & notre serveur était très courtois & professionnel. Bref, C'est un restaurant qui en vaut le détour, assuriez-vous simplement d'avoir le temps pour y aller & vivre cette belle expérience :)
Slow to be seated, then left at table for a while. Our order was wrong, Salad was not very fresh & the restaurant was dirty. Plates left at the bar the whole time we were there. They didn't seem to have a system for who does what. Even if they were short staffed, it was not busy. Bathrooms were not clean either.
Nous aimons le concept de la soupe/salade, gratuit & à volonté, avec les choix de pâtes. Nous mangeons bien, à chaque fois.
The food was really good but took an hour to come. We didn't get more salad even though it was offered to us. Then another long wait to get the bill. Not a horrible experience but I likely won't return.
Bien proche du 5 étoiles, je vais y retourner certainement pour la bonne bouffe, & l'accommodation que l'on a eu pour changer le type de pâte présenté au menu sans aucun frais. Le menu est très varié. Le bon pain au beurre à l'ail & les salades sont à volonté & pourrait être appréciés par certains clients. Il faut dire que l'on est allé en semaine, donc c'est relativement tranquille comme ambiance.
Service très long, ayant pris la salade & soupe à volonté une fois la première tablée arrivée j'ai dû arrêter la serveuse afin d'avoir une autre portion. Le service pour le ramasse des assiettes aussi très long. La nourriture était bonne par contre le service à revoir c'est certain!
I've been to other East Side Mario's & was always so pleased .. sadly this location was horrible .. our waitress was ok but we never received our homeloaf bread until we asked for it & recieved it end of the meal .. I ordered Veal Parmesan which is a favourite of mine but my pasta was cold , sauce was cold thé veal was warm, thé coating mushy .. the waitress offered me a salad which didn't make sense salad is supposed to be unlimited FREE with a meal .. happy that my drink was delicious but I'll never recommend this location
To start , we were just really excited to have driven an hour to bromont & get to the restaurant. I did love the atmosphere , reminded me of the eastside marios when i was a kid. But that was not the issue... First we ordered drinks , the bloody was fine but the amareto sour has salt around the rim instead of sugar( you should have seen his face , when he tried his drink🤦♀️) so we sent that back ti get a new one. We also ordered a coke (which never got to the table) The garlic bread & salad were good but the soups : the italian wedding soup had 1 meatball in the whole bowl & the tomatoe roasted agrlic soup was Litterally a marinara dipping sauce we ended up using to dip the bread in. (Also we waited 10 minutes to get some forks knives & spoons on the table while the soups were already infront of us..& the restaurant was not a full house at all) By the time the plates got to us ,thw waiter asked if we wanted cheese(3hich he never came with so we started to try the food .. the chicken parm was all sauggy & my penne arrabiata was cold .. really cold.like out of a fridge cold.. We didnt touch our plates & when he came back to ask if all was ok (5 min later maybe ..with no cheese) we just asked for the bill (we reallllly arent picky eaters ,but we did explain why we werent taking the food to go) the waiter was kind enough to not charge one of the plates . We wished it was a better supper .
Donner des tables de 4 à un serveur qui a un groupe de 30 ....Donc il a pris la commande & apporté la facture...Pas de pain ou salade à volonté...obliger de demander nos breuvages à quelqu'un d'autre....Ce n est pas la faute du serveur...Mal organisé....
Nous sommes allés manger après une soirée de magasinage & franchement c'était tellement bon! Les pains à l'ail avec le beurre, la salade césar goûteuse à souhait, les raviolis & le trio de poulet parmegian, fettuchini & lasagne wow. Le jeune homme qui nous servait bravo! Très bon service, belle ambiance & la cuisine miammm
Service AFFREUX Je n ai jamais eu un service de ce genre, après 30 min. D attente j ai dû aller voir le serveur pour lui rappeler que nous attendions toujours notre soupe & salade....Je lui ai demandé s il nous avait oublié il me réponds non je n ai pas oublié...plusieurs minutes plus tard il arrive à la table avec soupe & salade & dis j ai commandé votre repas...je dis pas tout de suite j aimerais bien manger ma salade quelques minutes & les plats arrivent trop tôt & c est comme ça jusqu a la fin. J ai oublié de mentionner que c était un repas midi, normalement le midi ça devrait rouler plus vite. TRÈS DÉÇUE. Le total pour 2 personnes est 70. Dollars & sans APERO
