Well service girl was amazing but took a long time. Then food came kids were good, but we both adults ordered chicken parmigania & one came hot & the other cold as if it came out of fridge. So not good at all. So no good review here. Nothing was offered. Paid.full bill

Service courtois & amical, bouffe réconfortante comme quand j'y allais petite!

Le seul bémol est la propreté.... De la poussière pend des fils au plafond, tables collantes, salle de bain laisse à désirer....

Mais, peut-être que c'est un peu ça aussi le East Side Mario's! On mise sur l'expérience!! Nous avons bien aimé au final!

Je suis venu manger avec ma famille & tout etais vraiment bon.
Service de lhotesse/serveur m'ont donner le gout de revenir.
Malgre le rush nos verre nont jamais ete vide & le service tres rapide.

We were served by Bridgette. She made a rude comment about my friend's eating habits. I asked for extra sauce & did not receive that at all. When my friend decided not to tip, Bridgette sat down & demanded to know why. She then began to tell us she was only paid 13$ an hour & was therefore entitled to a tip from my friend. Having previously been a waitress before, I cannot understand the audacity that one must have in order to throw your wage in someone's face to demand a tip. Upsetting experience.
