Hi! I recently visited Dosa Express, & it was an amazing experience! The food is absolutely delicious with an authentic taste that truly stands out. Every bite felt fresh & full of flavor.
The staff are incredibly kind & friendly, making the atmosphere warm & welcoming. The owner is also very polite & attentive, which adds a personal touch to the whole experience.
If you really want to enjoy authentic dosa, this is definitely a place you should visit at least once. The prices are very reasonable for the quality & portion you get.
The ambiance here is truly amazing-warm, inviting, & perfect for a relaxed evening. There's also a great variety of dosas to choose from, which makes the experience even better. The idlis are incredibly soft & spongy, just the way they should be, & the sambar is rich, flavourful, & absolutely satisfying. Everything about the food feels comforting & homely. It's a fantastic spot for a night out with family & friends. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience here! The portion sizes are really generous, & the food was satisfying & well-prepared. You definitely leave feeling full. I'd highly recommend this place & will be coming back again!
This place didn't just serve food-it served memories. The authentic South Indian taste took me straight back home. Truly special experience. I lived in South India for a year & this restaurant immediately brought me back to that wonderful place. The staff are kind & accommodating, the minimal decor is warm & inviting, & the food is absolutely delicious! Finally found the best dosa in Montreal! This was my first time at Dosa Express in DDO, & as a huge dosa lover, I was blown away. The highlight for me is that they offer a ghee option, so you can enjoy your meal without refined oils, total game changer.
I ordered the Ghee Mysore Masala Dosa & the Ghee Plain Dosa. The Mysore masala was incredibly flavorful, & the portions are massive ( one os enough for two people to share). The sambar was soothing & perfectly consistent, no oily film on top, & the chutneys tasted fresh & simple. Highly recommend if you want an authentic, high quality meal!
Came here for the first time yesterday evening with my parents. We ordered two different kinds of dosa + idly, vada & chicken biryani.
Everything tasted delicious & portions are generous. The waiter who served us was kind & welcoming. He took the time to explain each dish to us.
The interior could be improved though & the bathroom hallway was quite cold. But overall I highly recommend this spot in the west island if you're craving some good dosa. 🤤

Today November 29th went to their new location second time in less than a week of my last visit at 4884 Blvd. De Sources in DDO. Delicious food & very courteous service. My daughter & son in law loved their food. I can recommend them very highly. I will give them 5 stars
We stopped by Dosa Express on our way back from Montreal to Toronto, & it truly made our trip memorable! The service was outstanding - the staff were friendly, welcoming, & made us feel right at home.
The food was even better - crispy dosas, flavorful chicken curry, & the Bagara rice were absolutely delicious! The spices were perfectly balanced, & every dish tasted authentic & freshly made.
If you're craving real South Indian flavors or want a comforting meal while traveling, Dosa Express is a must-visit. Highly recommend this place for both the food & the hospitality.

Absolutely delightful! The taste of the dosas at Dosa Express in DDO was simply outstanding-crispy on the outside, soft & flavorful on the inside, with the perfect balance of spices. The menu offered a fantastic variety, from the classic Masala Dosa to creative fusion options, each one bursting with authentic South Indian flavors.
The sambar & chutneys were freshly made, aromatic, & complemented the dosas beautifully. The presentation was also impressive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Every bite felt like a true culinary journey to the heart of South India.
I highly recommend Dosa Express to anyone craving authentic, high-quality dosas served with warmth & efficiency. This place has definitely set the bar high for dosa spots worldwide! Went to eat two consecutive days & will be coming back for sure.
Yesterday, my family & I were traveling from Quebec to Toronto when we stumbled upon this incredible restaurant along the way. We decided to try a few South Indian dishes & ordered masala dosa, idli vada, & chicken pakoda. Every dish exceeded our expectations - fresh, flavorful, & perfectly prepared.
I usually don't write reviews unless the experience is either exceptionally bad or someone specifically asks me to. But this time, I felt to share my experience because of the outstanding quality of food & service we received. The staff was courteous, & the overall atmosphere was warm & welcoming.
Highly recommended for anyone passing through & craving authentic, delicious Indian food. A true gem.
A great addition to the Marche de l'Ouest, Dosa Express offers many different dosa options, as well as other South Indian specialties you typically would not find anywhere else. Service is friendly & welcoming. The quality of the food is outstanding, it is served hot & fresh & portions are very large.
I tried the Masala Dosa & its potato filling was deliciously flavorful, while the dosa was crispy & addictively good-served with homemade sambaar & two sauces on the side, all for only $9.99. The mango lassi was also delicious-a refreshing beverage to go with the meal.
If you are craving delicious, homemade food at an excellent value, I highly recommend Dosa Express. There is also plenty of seating available just a few steps away for a quick & comfortable lunch.
