Opening hours not valid. I absolutely love this ice cream shop & decided to bring a group of 4 friends. Google maps mentioning opening from 11:00-10:00pm. Upon arriving on a Monday evening, it was CLOSED. Driven all the way from southshore to a closed store... Please update your hours.
Actual gelato in Laval, hard to believe I know. I was finally able to find good pistachio ice cream in here as well. So far I've tasted their classic pistachio & their tiramisu flavours & they were both excellent. Looking forward to going back one day! They also have flavours for people with allergies & dietary restrictions. Went with my grandma who doesn't consume regular milk & with my niece who is allergic to nuts. The place itself also has a cool & clean decor.
The BEST ice cream in the whole area. You can feel the real cream & high quality ingredients in the product. Large choice of flavors both classic & curious like salted pistachio. New flavors! They have an excellent air conditioning & it's always clean.

I have tasted many Gelatos in the past but those from Dolce & Santella are ONE OF A KIND!!! These are real ice creams made with top quality ingredients & you can say that they have perfectly mastered the art of Gelato!! Delizioso !!! Kristina Gotty
Don't get it mixed up with "ice cream" this is Gelato. There's a whole wall here dedicated to explaining the difference & we have to say... We taste it. Intense, deep taste. Luscious & velvety thick that we could eat all day. (we can live off gelato, right?) We couldn't believe how perfect & fresh every flavour was.

the ice cream cone stools are just the cutest.
The gelato was excellent, & the place was wonderful. It's not your typical ice cream shop, so don't expect a standard menu. The prices are a bit high, but the exceptional taste & quality justify it. Overall, it's a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious cold dessert.
