J'apprécie aussi beaucoup le fait que les parfums proposés sortent de l'ordinaire & soient renouvelés, selon l'inspiration (& la gourmandise ! :-) du propriétaire Marco.
Le gérant, passionné, a même pris le temps de me montrer & de m'expliquer le processus de fabrication de la gelato. Tout est fait sur place avec des produits de grande qualité.
Petit plus très appréciable : des produits d'hygiène féminine sont disponibles aux toilettes.

I really love that the flavors are unique & renewed, inspired by the creativity (& sweet tooth!:-) of the owner, Marco.
The manager, who is truly passionate, even took the time to show me & explain the gelato-making process, everything is handmade on-site with top-quality ingredients.
Another thoughtful detail: feminine hygiene products are available in the restroom.
This is a little gem of a place for gelato. They have everything you could ask for. We stumbled upon them while looking for a gelato place nearby on google.
I highly recommend them. The staff is friendly & full of smiles & above all the gelatos are flavorful. You can taste every flavor clearly.
Dolce & Santella is a true gem! Their gelato is out of this world. The mascarpone pistachio is rich & creamy with the perfect nutty balance, while the tiramisu & coffee flavors are absolutely divine. You can really taste the quality in every spoonful. Their coffee tastes smooth, bold, & incredibly satisfying.
The ambiance is warm & stylish, with beautiful decor that adds to the overall experience. The staff are welcoming & friendly, making you feel right at home. Whether you're stopping by for a quick treat or a relaxed outing, Dolce & Santella delivers on every level. Highly recommended!
I am blown away! We were looking for a place to grab a quick dessert after our rare dinner out with hubby..& boy, did they deliver! The place - Very easy to find, lots of parking, places to sit outside & really nice spaces inside. Super-clean, welcoming, open late.... the staff - AMAZING attitude, very courteous & welcoming, helped us choose flavors & try different ones. Now, the main thing - the gelato - I have to say THE best I have had to date. The choice of flavors, the texture, the presentation, the actual flavor ... ALL 5 stars! We are definitely going to be back & if you have not been yet......... you owe it to yourself to try. WE LOVED IT!
The BEST ice cream in the whole area. You can feel the real cream & high quality ingredients in the product. Large choice of flavors both classic & curious like salted pistachio. New flavors! They have an excellent air conditioning & it's always clean.

Decided to try this place on a whim during COVID lockdown & it's hands down the best Gelato I've had in Montreal! The workers & owner are always super nice & there are plenty of space to sit, both indoors & outdoors. There is always a nice selection with some flavors on rotation.
I had the most delightful experience at this place, the owner graciously let us in even though they were closed. The flavors were incredible, the best I’ve had in my life. A must-visit spot for gelato lovers !!
