Horrible attitude, attention, & promptness from barista. (The Person who took our order very pleasant). First visit. Thursday between 2 & 3pm; no line up. Party of two, two specialty coffees & one pastry, to consume inside. Stood waiting at the baristas's counter while they had a chat with two other emplyees, for what felt a long time. Finally passed one coffee with no smile. Then the other. We felt quite unwelcome, awkward. Will not be back.

J'attends, j'attends, les gens arrivés après moi sont servis… & quand je finis par demander au bout de 5 personnes si je peux peut-être avoir mon cortado moi aussi, on me répond à la française « bah c'est pas sur ma liste », avant de réaliser que finalement, « en fait c'est pas de votre faute ». Ben ouais, c'est pas de ma faute, & c'est pas comme ça qu'on parle à la clientèle, surtout pour me retrouver avec un genre de flat white tièdasse au lieu du cortado demandé. Faut atterrir, les enfants : vous n'êtes pas à Brooklyn !

I let them know I have a dairy allergy when ordering an oat latte. Without me requesting it, they made the latte using a fresh steaming cup to make sure there was no contamination.

Each time we're in Montréal, we stop here for beans, & getting a free drink with the beans is always a nice bonus.

Often busy but for a reason! Amazing drinks & service. Staff are always attentive, playlists are always eclectic & great, & the pastries are to die for. My favourite café in Montréal! Amazing for studying.
