First terrace of the season & was so pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious & affordable, & the beer is so good! I ended up getting olives, beef tartare, a Paloma & a half pint of their sour beer, which came out to around 50$.
I really enjoyed the ambiance out on the terrace, watching people walk or bike by on Laurier & the pretty neighbourhood.
Impressive selection of beers & very good nachos. Poutine liked by one of the group, while another found it disgusting. Good alcohol free cider. Very loud in the evening due to popularity.
We were assisted by a server named Florence. she was incredibly kind & gave us excellent beer recommendations that made us so happy.
Even though it might have been a bit of a hassle, Florence answered all our questions with such warmth & kindness. This place is truly lucky to have her.
We are visiting from the west, we went on Monday for drinks & we tried different beers, they were so good. We came back on Thursday night for food, & everything was pretty good. The hamburger is juicy, medium rare as I like, & the bun wasn't the best, considering Montreal bakes some of the best bread. The ribs, cooked to perfection, the poutine, the best so far, & again the beers, so good.
The service was exceptional, & there was a good atmosphere.

Nice beer, totally recommend the stout imperial & the sour beer! Food was okay but poutine was kinda not worth the price. Overall a good place for a drink!!
40-50 CAD per person cuz we had: 2x poutine with smoked meat & 5 beers (tip not included)
Service is always great & we love the atmosphere. The beers are always very good however we wish they'd always keep a cream Ale style on their MTL menu as well as more dark beers! More adventurous dark beer recipes! You guys can do it! Food on the regular menu is ok but not wow (St-Jeromes pub has better food on their regular menu). Adding a smash burger would be great or changing the bread for the current burger as it's too big for patty ratio. The return of their iconic pizzas from before the Renovation would also be great! The nachos are very light on toppings even when you pay for extra. I love their board changing menu. Tried some very tasty dishes. Love the chef's inspiration. tartare is delicious! Overall we're big fans of DDC & missed them very much when they were closed.
Such wonderful beer, & so many on tap, ranging from light & quaffable to rich & dark. All made with obvious experience & passion. Staff are amazing too! Worth going out of your way for.

Endroit très beau & friendly, service très agréable. Très déçu de voir arriver une bière sans alcool en bouteille parce que cette microbrasserie n'est pas encore rendu là. Dommage parce que j'en achète souvent dans des beers store & il y a un très grand choix de bières québécoises 0%. Si mon avis est lu par les managers de Dieu du ciel, ce sera de bon.
Food is really expensive & not worth it. Beer is good & expensive too. The fish & fríes were 21 dollars for just a small boul. I was amazed at how small it was. Any ways for me I will never go back to this place. Spend 72 dolars, & I was hungry when I left. Thanks but no thanks.
After moving to Montreal a year ago, I was honestly pretty disappointed with a lot of the local craft beer scene. I was about to give up on finding a great pint... until I discovered Dieu du Ciel. This place truly turned my opinion around. The brewers here know exactly what they're doing every pint is expertly crafted & full of flavour. The food is always top-notch, perfectly paired with their brews, & the staff is incredibly friendly & welcoming, making each visit a great experience. It's been a little while since I've been back, but I can't wait to return & enjoy another round. If you're serious about good beer & a great atmosphere, this place is a must-visit!
Warm & rustic raft beer bar that's popular with both locals & tourists. Servers are knowledgeable & friendly, food is good, & the beers are great! The new menu is also excellent; their kitchen is really going to put DDC on the map as a dining option, as well as Canada's best craft beer pub!
Great beers on offer, also since they redid the brewpub there is alot more seating & comfort setup. The outdoor patio is also great in the afternoon & evenings.
Pity I don't drink beer, huge range to choose from & looked very popular. However, was a great experience for my first ever poutine & it paired nicely with the cloudy apple cidre. Big place, good service, very fast & every table had water immediately which is rare coming from London!!
