Le premier gâteau était un trompe oeil à la mangue très déséquilibré: un'soupçon' de mangue fraîche avec un biscuit très discret enfoui dans une mousse très lourde & grasse. Le deuxième gâteau était au matcha vanille framboise. Aucun goût de vanille ni de matcha, seulement la couleur verte. La gelée de framboise était vraiment trop gélatineuse, trop gélifié & n'apportait aucune fraîcheur de fruit comme attendu. Il y avait un biscuit au chocolat à la base & c'était le seul élément qui était bon. Donc, en résumé : une facture de 28$ pour 2 gâteaux trop sucrés & sans qualité. Je doute que ces gâteaux soient fait'maison'. Nous avons la même qualité de gâteau & trompe oeil chez des épiceries maghrébines & grande surface pour 4$ chaque.
We tried 3 of their desserts & it was a little underwhelming. For the price you pay its nothing great. Although it is a cool little area just to sit down for coffee.
Beautiful space, comfy, relaxing, & perfect for enjoying desserts that look more like jewelry than food.The staff is incredibly friendly, & the food is absolutely fantastic. A must-visit if you want something special.
Really nice spot for a treat. The place feels upscale & it's a good vibe if you just want to sit & enjoy something sweet. The dessert looked amazing & tasted great! Staff were friendly & attentive. Overall, a great experience & worth trying. Will definitely come back.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but Delysées in Montreal genuinely impressed me. The desserts look almost too perfect to eat, but they're not just for show-the flavors are rich without being overwhelming, & you can tell real care goes into each piece. It's definitely on the pricier side, but it feels worth it for a treat that actually delivers on both taste & presentation.
Amazing experience at Delysees Montreal! The desserts are beautiful, fresh, & absolutely delicious. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The cakes & pastries are perfectly balanced-not too sweet, just rich & flavorful. The staff is also very kind, professional, & welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Everything looks elegant & feels premium. Perfect place for special occasions or even just to treat yourself. Highly recommend
I went to Délysées at Royalmount recently & had mixed feelings about the experience. The desserts were honestly really good, fresh, nicely presented, & definitely worth trying.
Gabriela was amazing. She was kind, patient, & took the time to help us choose. She gave great recommendations & made the whole experience feel welcoming. She is honestly the reason I would consider coming back.
That being said, the'manager' left a bad impression. She came across as rude & unprofessional, & her appearance didn't feel appropriate for the setting, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, great desserts & standout service from the service team, but the management side really needs improvement.
Expérience extrêmement préoccupante - question de sécurité alimentaire & de responsabilité.
Nous étions 4 personnes & avons consommé chacun une boisson & un gâteau, pour un total d'environ 100 CAD.
Lors de la consommation, j'ai découvert un corps étranger dur (type caillou) à l'intérieur de mon gâteau, ce qui a entraîné une fracture dentaire immédiate. Il ne s'agit pas d'un simple désagrément, mais d'un incident grave mettant en cause la sécurité des produits servis.
J'ai immédiatement signalé les faits à la serveuse en lui montrant l'objet. La réaction a été inappropriée & insuffisante : aucune prise en charge sérieuse, aucune mesure immédiate, & surtout aucune excuse de la part de la gérante, pourtant informée.
Pire encore, lorsqu'elle a été interpellée, la gérante a indiqué qu'il serait « normal » de trouver des résidus durs dans des noix. Cette réponse démontre une méconnaissance inquiétante des obligations en matière de sécurité alimentaire & de protection du consommateur.
À ce jour, aucun geste commercial, aucune reconnaissance de responsabilité ni aucune démarche de suivi ne nous ont été proposés, malgré le préjudice subi.
Par ailleurs, il nous a été rapporté ultérieurement que certains produits contiendraient de la gélatine de porc sans information claire à la clientèle, ce qui soulève également une question de transparence & de conformité à l'obligation d'information du consommateur.
Compte tenu de la gravité des faits (présence d'un corps étranger dangereux ayant causé un dommage corporel, absence de réaction appropriée & défaut d'information), cette situation pourrait relever de la responsabilité civile de l'établissement.
En l'état, je déconseille fortement cet établissement.
I asked for the full ingredient list of the pastries because I care about what I put into my body. The staff first refused & said they didn't have it. After insisting, they only showed me a small card with pictures, a few basic ingredients, & simple allergen notes like milk & nuts.
That is absolutely not acceptable for a business selling processed pastries. Customers deserve to know the full list of ingredients, not just a marketing summary. Where is the information about the type of oil used (palm oil, canola, shortening, etc.), artificial colouring, preservatives, flavour enhancers, & whether flavours are natural or artificial?
Many people ask these questions for health, allergy, religious, or personal reasons. Some additives & low-quality ingredients are serious concerns, & transparency should be the minimum standard, not something customers have to fight for.
When a business hides or avoids giving the full ingredient list, it feels unprofessional, careless, & honestly suspicious. If you are proud of your products, why hide what is inside them?
People should be very careful about what they put in their mouths & should think twice before trusting places that cannot clearly explain what they are serving.
This is not personal against the staff, but businesses need to learn that customers are not just there to give away money & quietly accept cheap, questionable ingredients. If I experience this kind of lack of transparency again, I will not hesitate to report it to Québec consumer & food inspection authorities.
