Reviews describe Delysées as a stylish, upscale dessert and coffee spot in a mall setting, where pastries are meticulously crafted and visually stunning, with many praising the flavors, balance, and use of high quality ingredients, and the coffee and lattes widely considered delicious and well presented; the atmosphere is often described as elegant and welcoming, with friendly, attentive staff offering helpful recommendations, though experiences can feel busy and louder on weekends or during peak hours, which some patrons feel can dilute the luxury vibe. Prices are generally noted as high, reflecting a premium positioning, and a few comments mention limited non porcine gelatin options or occasional variability in beverage quality, but the variety and presentation tend to be highlighted as major draws, encouraging return visits to try more pastries. In short, Delysées is seen as a must visit for dessert lovers seeking artistry and flavor, with strong service and standout desserts tempered by concerns about cost and crowds.
tried the vegan marais, which is a rich chocolate mousse. while it was pleasing, i was disappointed by the lack of a brittle exterior; a common & expected hallmark of trompe-l'oeils. while i appreciate the effort to offer vegan options, i would not return for this one given its high price point, particularly in relation to its small portion size. it would be great to see a wider variety of vegan desserts on the menu, including cakes!
Great experience! The cocktail is fantastic! Gabriel made my drink & you can tell he really knows what he's doing. The cake is equally amazing. A perfect place for drinks & dessert.

i'm in my vacation in montreal & i recently discovered this place. went to the mall after sunday mass with family & saw this amazing dessert place. so many people in line but worth the wait. im in love with the'palace' (it's vegan). Lean, the filipina girl is amazing she recommended'marcel' to my sister & as a tropical girly who loves fresh & sour we really recommend it.
was pretty busy but all servers were friendly & very welcoming despite all the chaos.
will come back for the other vegan cake before leaving montreal
The desserts were delicious as well as visually beautiful! They are very expensive.
I was surprised to find this was like a fast food concept, order at the counter & they bring it to your table. It was Valentine's day & they were out of 2 types of tea that we had wanted to order. We sat there for a over 15 minutes with our desserts set in front of us waiting for our tea. Which when finally it arrived one of us got a china tea cup while the other was given a paper take-out cup. The excuse was that the other cups were dirty. It was in the morning. Plenty of staff were there. There is no excuse to not be prepared on a huge day such as this. I'll give them another chance.
We recently discovered Delizé Dessert de Luxe Ltd at the Royalmount, & it was a lovely surprise.
The café is located right in the center of Royalmount & has a beautiful open layout with elegant seating & comfortable banquettes. The space feels bright, stylish & very inviting, making it a great place to take a break while walking around the mall.
They offer a selection of beautifully crafted pastries & desserts, & they were excellent. We shared one pastry with tea & everything was delicious. Even as someone who usually isn't very drawn to sweet desserts, I genuinely enjoyed it.
The quality of the desserts is impressive & the presentation is beautiful. It felt like a refined yet relaxed dessert experience.
One small thing to note: we stopped there on Valentine's Day while walking around Royalmount. Seeing the champagne bottles displayed alongside the desserts, we thought it would be the perfect place to toast the occasion with a pastry & a glass of champagne. However, when ordering we were told that they don't serve alcohol yet. Not a big issue for us as we happily switched to tea, but the display can be a little misleading.
They are also dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for us since we were there with our small dog.
Overall, a charming dessert café with excellent pastries & a lovely atmosphere, definitely worth stopping by when visiting Royalmount.
I stopped by this beautiful pastry shop & honestly it was an amazing experience. The display of cakes is stunning everything looks like a piece of art. I tried one of their cakes along with a coffee & both were excellent. The cake was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, super fresh, & you can really tell it's made with quality ingredients. The coffee was smooth & paired perfectly with the dessert.
What really made the visit even better was the staff. They were very welcoming, patient, & happy to explain the different pastries. The service felt genuine & professional, which makes a big difference.
If you enjoy high quality pastries, great coffee, & a beautiful atmosphere, this place is definitely worth visiting. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their desserts!
Stopped by for a quick dessert & coffee. Had to wait for a table, it was pretty busy. wouldn't say it is a bad experience. I loved every thing from service to desserts. will go back again!
From the moment you walk in, you can feel the elegant & upscale atmosphere. The presentation of the desserts is absolutely stunning - every piece looks like a work of art.
The flavors were just as impressive as the appearance. Each dessert was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, & made with high-quality ingredients. You can truly taste the craftsmanship & attention to detail in every bite.
The staff were also very welcoming & helpful, taking the time to explain the different options & recommendations.
We have always wanted to try this place, but it tends to get quite crowded on weekends since it sits right in the middle of the mall. We decided to go on a weekday when it was quieter, & it did not disappoint. The service was friendly & warm, which made the experience even more pleasant.
We ordered the Mariage Frères Blanc & Rose tea, nutella tiramisu, & the Lunar New Year special edition cake (jasmine tea flavour). The total came to around $40, which is definitely on the pricier side, but understandable given that it positions itself as a luxury dessert bar.
The cakes were beautifully presented, almost like little works of art. More importantly, they had good depth of flavour while still feeling light on the palate. There was no overly sweet or heavy aftertaste, even after finishing the whole slice, which is something we often experience with more commercial cakes.
Overall, it felt like a lovely little treat for us, & a nice spot to visit when you want something a bit more refined from time to time.

Last Saturday, my wife & I visited this pastry shop & had a lovely experience. We ordered two cappuccinos along with two desserts - a tiramisu & an exotic fruits dessert.
The cappuccinos tasted very good, rich & well prepared. Both desserts were beautifully presented & looked very appealing. The tiramisu was enjoyable, & the exotic fruits dessert felt fresh & nicely balanced.
The prices are on the higher side, so it is a bit of a costly pastry shop. However, the overall quality, presentation, & atmosphere made the experience worthwhile. Overall, we had a good time & would visit again for a nice treat.
I wanted to like this place sooo bad! I took my whole family to try despite the low reviews thinking'it can't be that bad! Look how nice the pastries look'. Welp, I hate to admit it, the low ratings are a fair evaluation. The desserts themselves are dry, little taste, & look old when served? Coffees were disappointing, my 9 year old said her hot chocolate was just foamed milk (then again she's 9). Finally, for me the service was the most off putting thing. There was a server trying to tell people to make a line but in the most cahotic & none friendly way, made the experience really uncomfortable. Overall, I had high hopes, it looked like a lovely addition to royalmount but frankly not worth the stop, & don't even get me started on the price…..
It was my first place here at Royal Mount in Montreal but it's the second open restaurant after Toronto. It's completely an open dessert restaurant in the middle of mall. We ordered pistachio pastry & it was incredible in taste & fresh in taste. Although, its desserts are little pricy but on luxury note it completely gives luxurious taste. It's sitting area must be extended but it's good for people those who like to sit in open area & enjoy the people moving around the luxurious brands while shopping. But the residents of Montreal already have numerous options for desserts especially those are Montreal based local shops.

Pleasantly surprised that they had some savoury selections in addition to the desserts! I inhaled my ham & cucumber sandwich.
It was really packed but the manager Shelby was super nice & clear about where to go. :)
Great spot. The coffee is delicious & the pastries are a real treat: fresh, beautiful, & full of flavor. You can feel the love in everything they do. Congrats to the Delysées Desserts team!
A really nice place with a calm atmosphere. The coffee tasted great, & the desserts were fresh & delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience & I'd definitely visit again.
Delysées Desserts de Luxe offers beautifully presented, modern French pastries that are hard to resist. The desserts are rich, flavorful, & clearly made with quality ingredients, though some may find them a bit sweet. The atmosphere feels elegant & lively, & while it can get busy, the overall experience is enjoyable. Service is generally friendly, making it a great spot for dessert lovers.
