Used to be so much better went in for my birthday & ordered a pizza with no mushrooms due to an allergy, once revived my food there was arugula covering the top so I cut a piece of the pizza took a bit & felt a taste of mushrooms sure enough there was, I flagged over our waited who bushed of off saying he knew, so if he did know why was it served in the first place had to end up waiting while the rest of my party ate, & taking Benadryl due to coming in contact with an allergen, not the way I wanted to spend my birthday! nor did I get my meal or drink comped, very disappointedVoir plus

Food was amazing, & the portions are well worth the price. However, not a great experience overall. I understand Saturday nights are busy, & I've worked in the service industry, but either get more staff or take less tables. We were sat right away. We weren't given a drink menu. The waiter brought us oil & vinegar for the bread, & didn't come back for another 20 minutes. He then asked us if we were ready to order- didnt ask if we wanted to start with drinks or anything because it had been so long that we were sitting there by that point, to which we had to say we needed a drink menu as well. We ordered all at once, & our food got to the table before our drinks did- we had to tell 2 other people that we ordered drinks & repeat what they were in order to get them halfway through our meals. Then, 2/3 were brought. When our plates were empty & we were done, someone came by & realized we were missing a drink, asked what it was, then proceeded to say they didnt have that drink at that time after all that. That person didnt even want the drink at that point- our meal was over. They brought us a free dessert in an attempt to compensate us, & the waiter was very nice, but we felt extremely rushed & it was awful to have to keep flagging people down to remind them that we existed. Frankly, I've never had such a bad restaurant experience non-food related. Not blaming the waiter- i'm sure he's normally good at his job, i have no doubt he was overwhelmed with tables. But seriously? This place needs to get it together. Will be ordering in from now on from here.Voir plus

It was Friday night & we were a large group, over 20. The place looked full when we arrived, but our table was ready on time. I'm old & antisocial, so the place seemed crowded & loud, but I decided to play through the pain. Our waiter was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. We had drinks in front of us within 10 minutes. My beer was ice cold. Our appetizers & mains were timed appropriately. Portions were generous & my chicken was delicious. The bill for 2 meals & 4 drinks was just under 100$, tax in, plus tip. Worth every penny.Voir plus
Great Italian food & wood-oven pizza in the West Island. Spacious dining area & a great bar section for a quick pizza or drinks. We had appetizers (deep fried calamari & fried zucchini), & they were both delicious, crispy, & abundant. The Pollo Classico as fantastic -- we chose a mix of delicious pasta alla oglio & grilled vegetables as our sides. This meal also comes with either a soup or a salad (at $4 more), so we were stuffed ! Great ambience too !Voir plus
Unfortunately the music is too loud, I tried asking the waiter to lower it but nothing happened. Restaurants should be places where people gather & have conversations in front of some good food & drinks. It's not the case anymore.Voir plus
