Del Friscos is generally described as a solid dining choice with outstanding food and service; the menu is praised for pizza, pastas and other dishes made with fresh ingredients, with generous portions that many reviewers consider good value. The atmosphere is noted as elegant and inviting, with a lively bar and a terrace that some reviews highlight as a nice feature for dining with friends or family. The service is repeatedly commended for attentiveness and friendliness, though a few visits mention slower or uneven timing during busy hours. Dietary options, including vegan and vegetarian choices, are appreciated by guests. While most meals are praised, a small number of comments point to occasional issues such as crust texture, saltiness, or slower lunch service, but the overall takeaway is that Del Friscos delivers reliably good food and a positive experience, making it a go-to spot for celebrations, casual dinners or group gatherings.
I dined here at Del Frisco's for my very first time.
My waitress Maddie was nice & took great care of my table.
She was very attentive to my order details & made sure my water was topped up.
I ordered two soups. The minestrone & soup of the day: Salmon chowder. Both were very good.
I ordered the 8oz. Pan seared Cajun style salmon fillet topped with bruschetta & balsamic glaze.
Salmone Di Louisiana
8oz. Filet de saumon à la Cajun poêlé, recouvert de bruschetta, & d'émail balsamique.
This was a very flavorful dish & I would get it again, but a note of caution is that I found some bones in my salmon. I do believe I removed them all but I get alarmed when I see them.
At the end of my meal, I ordered a shot of Grappa Digestif & I must say that was one of the best I've had.
The restaurant was nicely decorated. I liked the wine display in the main dining room & the special Ferrari booth by the bar. Being the car enthusiast I am, I had to take a photo there.
I'm definitely planning to come back here again.
Food was good as usually but the service was quite a let down. Reservations were made weeks in advance & we were only seated 25 mins after our spot when the restaurant was empty. They were putting us (a group) in the same section as another group who were still hanging out by the tables. They didn't politely ask them to leave. I was baffled that I had to ask them to talk to them to leave. We also requested a few extra spots for people that can maybe make it but didn't. They were sitting us in 2 tables rather than a large one. This is completely normal but I was not impressed that it wasn't mentioned on the phone. It was the hostess herself who suggested that we should add a few spots to the reservation just in case we had more. The manager seemed annoyed that I changed the number of people last minute & to accommodate us with 1 large table. I needed to ask for bread & butter. The brought 7 butters to a table of 18 people. We had to ask for napkins. Not sure if it was another manager or maybe the assistant one, but we asked for something & he looked at us & walked away. I don't know what was with the service yesterday but it was not great. The most baffling was making us wait almost 30 mins because they couldn't politely tell the other group (whom were there for 4 hours already) to leave as there's a reservation. That was absolutely wrong.

I took the fish of the day & my friend took a pizza. The food was really good. I found the fish to be a little bit salty to my personal taste. At the end, we ordered a tiramisu but i think it was not fresh. So beware. The staff is super nice & the vibe is really nice too
