Been to both locations multiple times & it never disappoints. The service & food is top notch & would recommend anybody to try it out if they are tired of eating the same old all you can eat kbbq. The sides are what makes it so good.View more

Been to daldongnae on Bishop many times so decided to try this location. The first thing that I noticed is that they don't have japchae as one of the side dishes but acorn jelly instead. Food is good as usual but really don't like how they force one order of meat per person as we wanted to try more of their other dishes. The kimchi cold noodles were delicious but we also wanted to order their cod roe bibimbap but we knew we would be way too full on top of the 4 orders of meat. They don't seem to refill lettuce so beware. Everytime we asked a different waiter they never gave it to us. Service did seem faster than the bishop location as flagging down a waiter was easier for our side refills. Will probably order takeout to try their other dishes as I find them quite tasty but unfortunate that we are forced to order one meat per person.View more

Food: The food was pretty good but not amazing. The banchan that came with the meat was very tasty & there were a lot of options. However, they only gave us five pieces of normal napa cabbage kimchi which was a little weird. The meat does not come seasoned, which was expected, & felt very tough to eat after cooked to a medium/medium rare. My favorite/recommended cut is the beef short rib. Service: Great! Staff was very attentive & worked quickly. Atmosphere: Great! Felt like I was eating at a KBBQ in Asia. The ventilation was good & I didn't smell too badly of smoke afterwords. Overall: I thought it was a good experience but it was not the best kbbq I have been to. The price is a bit expensive. For two people we got three servings of meat & a bottle of soju at ~105CAD.View more
