As a dining establishment serving Japanese desserts, Daigyo Café genuinely values the Japanese pursuit of perfection and dedication to detail. We take product quality seriously, with each ingredient being carefully selected to ensure the great satisfaction to our customers.
Daigyo draws praise for its matcha and hojicha offerings, with the hojicha latte and strawberry oat matcha latte earning praise and many suggesting adjusting the syrup or matcha level when ordering again. The shop also sells a variety of matcha and hojicha powders to try at home. Located inside the T T Market, it allows easy cafeteria seating and parking, and staff are repeatedly described as quick and friendly. Reviewers describe Daigyo as a go-to place for matcha outside downtown and even call it the best matcha in town, while new favorites include a pistachio and matcha soft serve and a creamy matcha ice cream with red beans and a crunchy surprise at the bottom. The white peach and jasmine tea smoothie is noted as crisp, and the limited edition citrus lineup with yuzu is praised for bright, refreshing flavors in a citron yuzu smoothie and a matcha yuzu ice cream. Some experiences note that an iced hojicha with ice cream can be overly icy with little hojicha flavor, or that a latte could have a milk to matcha ratio that mutes the taste, but responses to issues are generally positive and the overall menu keeps drawing people back. Overall, Daigyo is seen as a reliable spot for matcha treats and desserts with a mix of traditional and citrusy flavors that entice visitors to return to try more drinks and ice creams.
This is my favorite place to get quality matcha drinks. I am a loyal customer & come back all the time, & have tried almost everything matcha on the menu. Delicious!
My favorite orders are the hojicha & yuzu matcha floats, & the strawberry oat matcha latte.
Their hojicha latte is very good & the strawberry oat matcha latte is great, I would probably ask for a bit more matcha or less syrup if I ordered it again. They also sell different matcha & hojicha powders, definitely wanna try those!!
The cafe is inside the T&T Market, so you can use the cafeteria seating & the parking too.
I would definitely come again to try their other drinks & ice cream!!

Their new mix soft serve of pistachio & matcha is sooo good 💚 Such a good place to get some drinks or desserts especially after shopping at T&T. Bonus: quick & friendly service from the staffs!
Its really good, you can really taste the matcha & the red bean adds a little bit of sweetness to it. Really good 10/10 would recommend. Its not too sweet not too bitter, a perfect dessert treat for an Asian mom🤣
I love that I don't have to travel to Japan to enjoy my favorite matcha dessert. It's one I keep coming back for again & again. The combination of matcha ice cream & red beans is out of this world, & if you dig to the bottom, there's even a delightful crunchy surprise waiting for you!
Had a quick grab before leaving the store & the latte was served warm with a cute heart💚 The lady filled my cup to the brim👌🏼, but I wish the matcha had a stronger taste to my liking. I'd still come back to try something new😊
Great service with friendly staff but sorry the matcha latte did not live up to my expectations. I felt the milk-matcha ratio was off, I could only taste the milk in my drink. I'd stick with Zenmai & Tsujiri for my matcha drinks for now.
I paid $12 for an iced hojicha with ice cream & honestly, it was a huge disappointment. The ice cream portion was tiny-barely noticeable-& the cup was over 130% filled with ice. Literally filled with ice ,can't even put my straw in, there was almost no hojicha flavor at all. Because they poured it out just to make room for more ice. Not worth the price, i finished it with 2 sips & I wouldn't recommend it.
