Cuisine De Manille is widely celebrated as a premier destination for authentic and flavorful Filipino cuisine in Montreal, offering a menu filled with comforting classics like lechon, pancit, and halo halo. Many patrons frequently highlight the delicious quality of dishes such as the crispy fried chicken and hearty kamayan feasts, which provide a welcoming, communal dining experience. The atmosphere is often described as serene and homey, complemented by friendly, attentive staff who strive to make visitors feel comfortable. If you're craving authentic Filipino cuisine, Cuisine de Manille is a must-visit! Every dish is full of rich, comforting flavors that truly capture the taste of the Philippines. The Kamayan Feast is one of the best ways to experience Filipino dining culture, with a generous selection of classic favorites that's perfect for sharing with family & friends.

Their best sellers are absolutely worth trying, with my personal favourite Dado's Spicy Fried Chicken - it's perfectly crispy, juicy, & has just the right amount of spice that keeps you coming back for more.

Don't leave without trying their cassava cake for dessert! It's soft, moist, & perfectly sweet-the ideal way to end a delicious meal.

The food, service, & warm atmosphere make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic & delicious Filipino food in Montreal!

1st time : I had the 3 salads & garlic fried rice. They were all delicious. The staff are so sweet & the space is chill with good music selections
2nd time: I had the veggie lumpia Shanghai & they were great
3rd time: I usually eat vegan but I made an exception & ordered the calamari. The batter was light & flavourful & the calamari seemed to be good quality. Was defs worth the exception
4th: pancit noodles with veggies , 10/10

Nothing innovative ,no elevated quality in the dishes - just simple, home cooking that any amateur can do in his kitchen. We (there's 2 of us) spent $57 taxes & tip included with 2 classic dishes, fried belly pork & a pork blood stew with rice & pickles. The belly pork has crispy skin but the meat part is mostly fat & the stew my companion brought it home as a left-over. There ,he did a much needed make-over by adding some vinegar to kill the metallic gameness from the blood & only then did it taste the authentic delicious dinuguan it should be in the first place. If they slash their prices by about 25% perhaps I think the place can attract more crowd & increase their staying probability now there are so many (& counting) competitions in the vicinity offering same ethnic cuisine.

We had a great experience at Cuisine de Manille in Montreal!

We chose this place because of the good Google reviews, & it definitely lived up to them. We ordered the kamayan platter, & it was absolutely delicious - it really reminded me of a traditional'boodle fight' back in the Philippines.

The platter included garlic fried rice, chicken BBQ, pork BBQ, calamari, ensaladang talong, & atchara - everything was flavorful & well-prepared. The presentation was also beautifully done.

What made it even more special was the atmosphere. The walls are decorated with Filipino memorabilia & even a framed news clip from when they first opened (around 2004, I believe). It really gives you that feeling of home.

We left feeling so full & happy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, & it's one of the places I recommend to anyone craving authentic Filipino food in Montreal.

It's a very simple place; you don't have too many visual references, but it's fine. They give good service. My first time trying Filipino food, & I love it! I'll be back for sure to try the fried chicken, & the rest of the menu looks good.

We ordered food for delivery good for three person & tried the calamari, pork lechon, lumpia, fried chicken, & ensaladang talong.

Unfortunately, the calamari was very disappointing. It looked like leftovers-just a very small squid, poorly coated & not properly fried. We took one bite & had to throw it away. If this had been served while dining in, we would have returned it. It also did not match how it appeared on the menu.

The pork lechon was also unpleasant. The smell of the meat suggested it may have come from an uncastrated boar, which gave it a strong, off-putting odor.

The lumpia was acceptable, & my husband was able to eat it along with the fried chicken.

However, I personally did not enjoy the chicken due to its smell, which seemed like it may have been cooked in old oil.

The only dish I truly enjoyed was the ensaladang talong, along with the rice.

Overall, this experience was disappointing, especially considering the variety of dishes we ordered.

I bought some fried chicken & I find it was overpriced for the pieces that i got, $18.00 for three drumsticks three other small pieces chicken , no thighs, the chicken taste good but the pieces that I got are not worth the price..

My husband & I came here for Valentine's Day & unfortunately left a bit disappointed. We originally planned to order the Kamayan, but were told the Valentine's Day special would offer that & more. In reality, it was more expensive & felt like it offered less value as it wasn't the same items.
They had run out of the chicken & calamari (as seen in the photos online) included in the special & offered fried chicken as a replacement. It also didn't include the lumpia rolls I was really looking forward to trying. When I asked about the rolls on the platter, I was told they were just regular spring rolls. It would have been nice if this had been clearly explained when we were ordering.
Overall, we just wish there had been better communication about what was included in the Valentine's special, especially since it was a set menu. We were really looking forward to the experience & left feeling underwhelmed. On the plus side.. the pancit & adobo pork was really good.
