C'est la nourriture qui mérite les 2 étoiles sur 5. Ambiance très froide & non professionnelle & le restaurant est ex-trê-me-ment bruyant. Les serveurs au bar étaient sans hésitations complètement saouls. On ne se sent pas bienvenus.
Il devait y avoir 10 serveurs sur l'étage & le service était quand même lamentable. J'avais envie de visiter ce resto depuis plusieurs années, avoir su, j'aurais attendu plusieurs années encore. 100% décevant

Avec mon copain, on visite ce resto à nos anniversaires respectifs depuis quelques années. On se gâte & on ne compte pas. On se paye la traite en bon québécois. Je dois dire que nous avons toujours eu une très belle expérience auparavant & c'est pour cette raison que nous avons perpétué la tradition. Samedi dernier, pour mon anniversaire, nous avons vécu une expérience complètement différente. Accueil raté, attente de près de 30 minutes malgré la réservation (ça peut arriver), drinks ordinaires, service décevant, etc. On avait l'impression de déranger la serveuse lorsque nous posions des questions sur le menu. J'ai posé une question du type « je suis vraiment hésitant entre tel & tel repas, que devrais-je prendre?» & je me suis fait répondre «je vous laisse y penser, je reviens dans 5 minutes». On se sentait bousculés & de trop... J'ai trop d'exemples qui exprimeraient à quel point notre soirée était ratée, mais bon, je ne peux pas tout écrire ici. Ce n'est pas le genre d'expérience qu'on aime vivre quand on se paye la traite dans un bon resto. C'est dommage, car on a vécu de bien meilleures expériences par le passé. Je ne crois pas que nous y retournerons.
