My fiance & I had dinner here tonight. I was disappointed to learn that this location only has chicken, no ribs. The west island location has ribs.
There was a two people can dine for $30. My fiancé & I chose meals from that deal. He had chicken leg with fries & I had the chicken poutine. We both enjoyed our meals. His chicken was moist & he loved the gravy. My poutine had plenty of chicken, cheese curds & gravy. The portion was very generous & I couldn't finish it all!
We had a choice of coleslaw or chicken noodle vegetable soup. We both had soup & the portion was also generous. Lots of flavour & huge pieces of chicken!
Tia was our server & she was amazing! Great bubbly personality. We talked about our engagements (we are both engaged) & our love for Chicago. 10 out of 10 stars for Tia!
Visited Côte St Luc BBQ restaurant with my family (2025). We ordered Grande Chicken poutine. It was yummy, delicious & super heavy. We had to wait for 20 mins as it was freshly made, which I would say worth waiting for it. Staffs were very friendly, courteous & the service was superb. Nice ambiance of the restaurant & it gives retro nostalgic feeling back from 80s & 90s. We enjoyed our dinner last night & would recommend anyone to visit this place. Will come soon. Merci beaucoup.
Visited Côte St Luc BBQ - NDG for the second time with my family (July 2026). We ordered Poutein Crispy Chicken Filet (picture attached), along with Root Beer 🍺 on the side. As a regular customer, we enjoy the taste of the meal & heavy quantity. Staff are always nice with us. Will come back again soon. Merci Beaucoup.
As someone out of the province I trusted the high Uber Eats rating of this restaurant & was left VERY disappointed.
Our order took around a half hour to simply be made. Our order ended up being dropped by one courier because the restaurant was taking so long.
When we received our order there was no cutlery or even one napkin. The drink was packed in with the food which didn't help with keeping the food hot & the drink cold.
The chicken was good as were the mozza sticks. The fries however were not good; they were completely soggy, charred black & had a sweet taste that was very off-putting. I barely touched my chicken poutine & my partner barely ate his fries.
For $60+ for food alone I am very disappointed. This trip away for us was something we saved hard for, so spending this much money on something that was this much of a let down on our first day in the city after an 8+ hour drive was beyond disappointing. As someone who works in a service industry I hate to complain, but I couldn't keep quiet on this one.

I disagree with all of the negative posts. For the price you pay this place is top tier, amazing chicken (not dry at all), wings are so good you can eat them alone with no sauce, French fries are in the middle of soft & crispy, & the poutine is one of the best I've had. If you are debating going here just go.
delivers exactly what it promises: well-made, charcoal-grilled chicken prepared with care. Flavorful, cooked just right, & served in portions generous enough that finishing the plate feels optional rather than expected.
We also had the popcorn poutine-playful without being gimmicky-brought together by a sauce that's distinct & memorable. Everything arrives hearty, unpretentious, & satisfying, food that speaks for itself
First time trying this place, heard many good things about it. The chicken was like any rotisserie chicken. The sauce is very bland, soup was also bland with tons of cabbage ,in chicken noodle!? Poutine was dry . The hot honey sauce tasted very weird & at 25$ a plate no coleslaw included. The baked patato is plain,if you want butter or sour cream you have to pay extra. Was expecting much better for the price I paid.
We ate in the restaurant tonight instead of take out.
Great idea
We chose from the 2 meals for 30$ special.
My wife ordered the chicken breast meal & I had the chicken poutine
The meals were served with a soft drink or coffee & had the choice of soup or coleslaw.
We both had the soup . Wow !!It was great , full of meat , celery & carrots. It was tasty, hot & delicious. A meal in itself.
The poutine was great , incredible amount of chicken breast & cheese. The chicken breast meal was good, meat was not dry at all & flavour full
Service was polite & friendly.
Great value !
Just had a regular poutine here & it satisfied the craving but it was nothing too special! Prices are a little more the expensive side compared to a few other places I've tried
I ordered smoked meat poutine, which I really liked; the other thing I tried was chicken wings coming with fries, which I won't order again since it's a bit pricy for that quality, I didn't like the fries. I also tried the chicken, which this restaurant believes they are well-known for, which was good also.
