Quelle belle expérience ! J'ai fait le cours débutant & j'ai tellement adoré ! Des chocolatiers tellement passionnés ! J'ai déjà hâte au cours d'intermédiaire ! C'est un cours vraiment bien conçu ! & que dire de la dégustation des chocolats ! Un gros merci & bravo de partager votre savoir !

Nous avons reçu un cours de formation sur le chocolat théorique & pratique . C'était absolument formidable Il y a trois étapes. Je veux absolument faire les deux dernieres. C'était un cadeau de Noël dont je me souviendrai.
