Nous avons apprécié le service de Delphine ; personnalisé, sympathique & très professionnel. J'ai adoré les huîtres, le vin & la salade de betterave! Elle nous a servie un verre de vin au verre en accord avec notre menu.
Joli endroit pour une sortie d'amoureux!

Endroit assez bruyant le samedi mais nous pouvions discuter sans problème. Les plats étaient délicieux ( poisson du jour & salade de betterave) qui ont été recommandés par notre serveuse Delphine, qui a été attentionnée & rapide. Nous reviendrons car le décor est exceptionnel.

My friend & I were staying in the hotel so dined twice, once at dinner & once for breakfast. On both occasions we had excellent food & service. Well timed, so pleasant. Faultless.
I am very picky about Caesar salads. My friend got a Caesar salad & it looked top notch & she indicated that it was. It was also generously portioned.
For breakfast we both had avocado toast & lattes. The avocado toast was large, beautifully presented & delicious. The lattes were also very good.
I would happily eat here again!

Don't know about the other reviews that I've been reading but my experience at the bar & in the dining room was excellent!
The Cesar salad was one of the best I've ever had & yes I've had Cesar salad all across the globe
The waiters & waitresses have always been so nice ! From the coffee shop to the bar & dining room.
The breakfast was delicious ( Salmon oeuf Benedict). & I've been more than once ! It is so practical being next to Place des Arts metro.

We were staying at the Honeyrose Hotel & ate twice at the Commodore. The first time was for drinks & small plates before we headed out for a larger meal at another restaurant. Service was great & the food was good. Duck Terrine, beet salad & fries. The second time was for breakfast. Service was good & the Benedict & Continental were quite nice. The roasted breakfast potatoes were salty, but I didn't mind. The atmosphere was classy & designed to accommodate fun people watching while dining, which I also didn't mind. Nice place to eat overall.

Had a great dining experience here & returned a few times during my short visit in Montreal. The food is incredible, & presentation is stunning. A must try is the beet salad. It was so fresh & loved the pairing with avocado & feta. The brunch was fantastic too - I had the eggs Benedict, & the hollandaise was a delectable, with the perfect balance of lemon flavour. If you're staying at the Honey Rose hotel or are in the area, I'd highly recommend.

Le restaurant est de toute beauté & offre une belle petite terrasse extérieure. Nous y sommes allés un soir où se tenait le festival Osheaga. Le serveur nous a dit que c'était pour cette raison que c'était aussi tranquille. Il y avait très peu de clients, donc pas d'ambiance. Notre serveur était sympathique & à l'écoute.

Carte de cocktails correcte & offre de vin au verre très limitée & assez chère.

Repas
Entrée 1: Demande spéciale d'avoir une salade verte. Bonne vinaigrette, produits frais.
Entrée 2 : Salade de betteraves. Cuisson inégale des betteraves, certaines très tendres, d'autres impossibles à couper. Mousse d'avocat fade & si peu de feta (quelques brins) qu'on n'en perçoit pas le goût.
Assiette 1 : Haut de surlonge de boeuf angus grillé. Bonne portion de boeuf, cuisson à point, sauce béarnaise maison délicieuse, frites correctes.
Assiette 2 : Flétan de Nouvelle-Écosse. Superbe assiette, bien exécutée. Mélange de texture, très goûteux.
Pain & beurre : Délicieux!!
Desserts: Nous n'en n'avons pas pris mais on nous avait indiqué que deux desserts sur la carte n'étaient pas disponibles.
