Local coffee shop with basic drinks & good muffins.

Stopped by to get a quick meal & soak up some local café vibes. The space was larger than most coffee shops I've seen in the city, but nearly every seat was taken. Mostly students studying or hanging out.

They had a wide selection of muffins that all looked tempting, so I went with the chocolat noisette & a matcha latte. The matcha, though, tasted more like sweetened milk than tea. Closer to a Dunkin' version than anything matcha. Even after a bite of Nutella from the muffin, the drink still tasted sugary (Probably caters better to a younger crowd). The muffin itself, though, was soft & satisfying.

Right in the middle of Mont Royal ave this is a ok spot, specially during summer. I went there many time to chill out but I m not going anymore. Coffees & cakes are ok but average(compared to all famous bakeries around), however pear Muffin is awesome. Staff is not making anything to give you a special atmosphere & are not always that friendly, specially one young lady with glasses(she's so weird & unfriendly someone who shouldn't work at a coffee with clients).

endroit très agréable, nous y avons pris notre petit déjeuner toute la semaine. Très bon café, muffin délicieux (surtout au lotus speculos), serveur très pro & sympa & musique parfaite pour le matin !

J'aime l'endroit, plein à craquer. Belle journée de novembre. Un bon café chaud, plus une petite gâterie ( muffins aux framboises & chocolat blanc). En compagnie de mon épouse. Pour moi, des 4 cafés Columbus que je connais, c'est mon préféré & je viens juste de le découvrir. Je suis sous le charme. Je reviendrai c'est sûr.

Staff were very nice, ice brew latte was amazing. Prices typical for a coffee shop. Looks like a great place to meet friends or to study. Will have to return to try their muffins.

Une équipe toujours très agréable, & des boissons & muffins délicieux. Malheureusement ce lieu est maintenant envahi par le fléau des télétravailleurs. Plus de place pour venir juste profiter, discuter en famille ou entre amis, se poser avec sa boisson & son journal. Ce qui est le plus exaspérant, c'est que ces personnes monopolisent même les tables interdites aux ordinateurs avec des écriteaux pourtant assez explicites... & rien n'est fait de la part de l'équipe pour faire respecter cela. Nous étions des clients réguliers qui venions chaque semaine, cela a fini par nous écoeurer ...

What a very nice ambiance & cozy environment 🥰🫶 service super friendly & absolutely love the vibe in there ! It's my friend's favorite coffee place to go after work & I totally understand why ! I tried my friend's order ( the lattee regular one ) with one of the muffin there to share with him & it was really good!! Will absolutely come back again whenever I pass by the area 💕💕💕

We had an iced latte with oak milk & vanilla. This was very good. One of the best we ever had. We had a blueberry muffin & a chocolate brownie muffin. These were only average. Nice atmosphere. I'm giving an overall rating of 4 & not 5 because there is something they need to fix: seating. The first time we came there were no available seats. One table near the door had a coat on the chair. Several other tables for 4 were taken by one person. This should not be allowed. Or at least monitor what is going on. An hour later we returned & that table was still taken by a coat on the chair. & seating for 12 being used by three laptop users. How does that make sense for your business?
