Comme beaucoup de café , il manque souvent le barista ou une formation ! Encore aujourd'hui macchiato etait plus un jus de café plutôt qu'une bonne dose de café bien tassé qui fait un café un peu liquoreux . Dommage que l'américaino a fermé ; service ordinaire mais on vous demande toujours du tip ! Ça valais pas 15% regret s !
Local coffee shop with basic drinks & good muffins.
Stopped by to get a quick meal & soak up some local café vibes. The space was larger than most coffee shops I've seen in the city, but nearly every seat was taken. Mostly students studying or hanging out.
They had a wide selection of muffins that all looked tempting, so I went with the chocolat noisette & a matcha latte. The matcha, though, tasted more like sweetened milk than tea. Closer to a Dunkin' version than anything matcha. Even after a bite of Nutella from the muffin, the drink still tasted sugary (Probably caters better to a younger crowd). The muffin itself, though, was soft & satisfying.

Sometimes I go to a Columbus Café when I visit France & they all need to take lessons from this place, they are on a completely different level. Great staff, great music, you can see them in the back doing the baking themselves, very fast, consistently good, 10/10.
endroit très agréable, nous y avons pris notre petit déjeuner toute la semaine. Très bon café, muffin délicieux (surtout au lotus speculos), serveur très pro & sympa & musique parfaite pour le matin !
J'aime l'endroit, plein à craquer. Belle journée de novembre. Un bon café chaud, plus une petite gâterie ( muffins aux framboises & chocolat blanc). En compagnie de mon épouse. Pour moi, des 4 cafés Columbus que je connais, c'est mon préféré & je viens juste de le découvrir. Je suis sous le charme. Je reviendrai c'est sûr.
Un Incontournable pour les Amateurs de Vespa En tant que membre de l'équipe de Vespa Montréal chez Mecamoto, je suis un habitué régulier du Café Columbus pour mon café matinal. L'équipe de cet établissement est tout simplement incroyable - toujours souriante, polie & accueillante. Leur service exceptionnel rend chaque visite mémorable. Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un café de qualité avec une ambiance conviviale, je recommande vivement le Café Columbus.
Un café bien placé sur l'avenue Mont Royal & agréable pour s'y poser. Bien qu'il soit un peu petit, il a pas mal de places & j'en trouve toujours une (& des jours avec beaucoup de monde) pour y travailler quelques heures. Seul petit bémol justement (histoire de chipoter), il n'y a pas trop de prises pour les appareils (on doit quelques fois jongler entre clients), mais ça se fait très bien. Le service est rapide & le personnel agréable, c'est toujours propre. Les offres sont tout ce que l'on trouve dans les Colombus & des cafés similaires.
This is a nice cafe with good coffee & a good selection of food (sandwiches, cakes, etc). The service is very friendly. A bit crowded (lots of people) & yes, it would be ideal if people respect each other & don't put coats on empty tables because then other people won't be able to fit at that table.

I love coming to Columbus!! The baristas are so friendly & talented, Leandre & Patella always take such great care of my order! The lattes are incredible & made with care! The cafe has such a nice vibe & you really feel at home here! Highly recommend!
Friendly service & great coffee! The Mont Royal location is perfect to grab a coffee & take a break from exploring the plateau area. The crema café is delicious. The mocha latte was well made too. Can feel a bit crowded & difficult to move around when too many people in the café, but still highly recommend if in the area.
