On February 27th, I was contacted regarding a potential influencer collaboration. I was away that week & suggested following up the next week. When I did, I received a response via Instagram that your influencer budget was exhausted for the next five weeks, & I was advised to follow up after the 5 week period. Following that guidance, I reached out again in early April to inquire politely about any updates.
Instead of receiving a professional response, I was blocked from your Instagram account, despite my follow-up being standard practice in my industry. When I attempted to call to speak with someone else, the same manager answered & responded dismissively, saying,'do what you want.' This reaction was both immature & unprofessional, & it reflects poorly on your establishment.
As a result, I have left a one-star review on Google & have decided not to visit your restaurant. I had intended to bring a large group for a friend's birthday this weekend, but canceled due to the unprofessional behavior I experienced.
I hope you take this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve staff professionalism & the management of influencer outreach. Being reached out to first, only to be blocked & dismissed, is an embarrassing misstep for a high-end restaurant.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Cococina! The manager, Nelson, truly made our evening fun & memorable. The restaurant's atmosphere is a full 10/10, & the food-another 10/10-is genuinely top-tier. Honestly, it ranks in my top 3 restaurants in all of Montreal. The staff were kind, helpful, & welcoming. Nelson gave us a red-carpet service, & I just want to thank him for making our night exceptional.

Cococina, c'est plus qu'un resto, c'est une vraie expérience. L'ambiance est maîtrisée du début à la fin. Lumière, musique, design…etc. Tout est pensé pour te plonger dans une vibe élégante mais vivante. Les plats sont raffinés, bien présentés, avec des saveurs méditerranéennes puissantes & assumées. Le service suit le niveau, attentif sans être lourd. Clairement un spot où tu viens pour manger, mais aussi pour ressentir quelque chose.

this was easily the worst, most chaotic & infuriating restaurant experience i have ever had, & the fact that we paid around $400 for this mess makes it even more insane.
from the moment we walked in, it was clear they had no idea what they were doing. we had a reservation for two hours, yet before we even sat down properly they were already rushing us & acting like we had no time. they kept repeating that we needed to order immediately because we'only had 30 minutes' which is completely absurd considering we booked in advance. & the worst part? instead of letting us actually look at the menu & order, the waitress stood there stressing us out, talking non stop about how rushed we were. she literally wasted around 15 minutes of our time just panicking & pressuring us while also telling us we had no time to eat. it made zero sense & just created unnecessary anxiety. honestly, someone like that should not be working in a restaurant at all. the way she handled the situation was completely incompetent & stressful for no reason.
it didn't stop there. staff kept coming back over & over to rush us, making it impossible to enjoy anything. we couldn't relax for a single second because they made us feel like we were being kicked out the entire time.
at some point it got so ridiculous that we had to start doing their job ourselves, moving chairs, handling plates, reorganizing everything because no one there could manage anything properly. then we were basically pushed off our table & moved to the bar mid meal like we were nothing.
asking for the manager was a complete joke. the guy (simo) or whatever his name has no idea what he is doing, takes no control, no solutions, no accountability. just a disorganized mess from start to finish.
we paid so much for such mediocre food just to be stressed out, rushed & treated like we were in the way the entire time.
absolute disaster. never again. keep this in mind before thinking of going there.
Such a vibe!!! A really gorgeous new spot. Nelson was our server - super knowledgeable about the menu & made amazing recommendations, the food was fantastic, options for everyone & we loved the sharing aspect. The atmosphere, vibe & design of the place is so well done but the service is the main reasons I'll be back again&again!
J'y suis allé hier soir pour l'anniversaire de mon ami &, honnêtement, nous avons été extrêmement bien pris en charge. Le gérant était à l'écoute, les serveuses attentionnées & toujours aux petits soins
Quant à la nourriture, elle était tout simplement incroyable. Nous avons commandé plusieurs entrées à partager, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir une belle variété de saveurs - une excellente surprise !
Je recommande vivement cette adresse : elle surpasse largement de nombreux établissements du même standing
I had such a great experience! The food was delicious & the service was amazing I really enjoyed my time there the DJ created such a great vibe & Kaylee our server was incredibly sweet & kind this is definitely one of the best restaurants

Had such a great time at Cococcina! The drinks were amazing & we ordered a couple entrees like the grilled octopus & kefta that were delicious. Our server Andrea was very attentive & gave us great recommendations. Will definitely be returning.
