Ce restaurant a vraiment un bon potentiel. Le service était bien. Côté cuisine, la nourriture était très moyenne. Quant au plat à partager, on peut honnêtement se demander s'il est vraiment raisonnable de l'envisager pour plusieurs, vu la quantité. Enfin, la musique était beaucoup, beaucoup trop forte. Je repars avec un mal de tête & la voix cassée à force de devoir crier pour que mon amie ou le serveur m'entendent. Je me questionne sérieusement sur l'architecture pour que les murs ne s'écroulent pas sous les ondes sonores.
Atmosphere is the one honest reason you should absolutely try this restaurant. Service is accommodating & friendly. Food is good but nothing you would rave to a friend about when talking about this place. Where things come into question is when looking at value for money. it falls short versus other restaurants in comparable categories.
Unfortunately, my experience at Cococina was very deceiving. First, we had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated. We wanted to order some fried calamari, & after placing our order, we were told 5 minutes later that there was none left, but that the chef could make us tempura shrimp for the same price & the same quantity. We only received 5 shrimps, which was very disappointing. On top of that, one of the servers came & took my friend's plate even though she was not done eating. The music was also so loud that we could barely hear each other speak. Overall, the food was very delicious, but the service was terrible, & we will not be coming back.

They sat us at the table, made us pay, & asked us to leave so they can seat another table. After that, the'owner' had the nerve to tell us that he'd refund us, just to make us leave. To make matters worse, they told us the kitchen was closed, but 20 minutes later, the'owner's friend' got food. &, to top it off, the server didn't know the kitchen was closed & asked us if we wanted to order food. If we didn't make a reservation or try to order food, I would understand them wanting us out, but we really did try to spend & we did we did not go there to just take pictures. The lack of service is crazy. It took 10 minutes for them to even get us water. I'm so disappointed seeing as this restaurant is well known. Definitely not coming back.
Amazing food!! Everything is so delicious !! & fantastic service from Nelson ! Totally recommend this restaurant if you're looking for quality, service & a wonderful time !
