Try their chicken cutlet sandwich.
Grab it & enjoy your lunch by the canal.
By far the best coffee shop in Montreal !
Latte is very good, the chicken cutlet sandwich is very tasty, the staff is friendly…
I contacted them for a last minute catering order & they delivered within hours!
Thanks Frank & the team!
Tried Clarke Café & it did not disappoint! I had the grilled chicken sandwich with Bomba sauce; just the right amount of kick without being overpowering. Everything tasted super fresh, & the bread was honestly amazing. The atmosphere was great too, very lively & welcoming. Definitely a spot I'd come back to!
I think I ubered the chicken cutlet with olives & pickles 15 times last year & I'm still not sick of it
Dec 2025 update:
Coffee is here is trash & I waited 15 min for a breakfast sandwich (human error by dude in the kitchen)
I won't be going back.
Also, BOSSA sandwiches are superior IMO
The bread used for the panini is particularly good. The porchetta & chicken cutlet are my favorites. Price for portion is solid & the toppings are quality. Good service & nice interior. Love stopping here omw home before getting in the metro to bring home a panino for dinner.
Heard great things about this sandwich spot. Went in for a quick lunch to go. Got the chicken cutlet sandwich, arancini, & a Caesar salad. Service was friendly, but it took over 15 mins to get my order to go. After 7-8 mins, I gently mentioned the wait, & it still took rough that much more time to finally receive it. Given the many options for a good fast sandwich in the west, that was quite a let down.
The food itself: the sandwich was good, albeit very noticeably salty. The cutlet was a good size, though the toppings were sparse & The provolone quite bland (while aware that provolone itself is a mild cheese). The arancini was lacklustre. All the said, the Caesar was surprisingly well made with a crispy lettuce, flavourful sauce, prosciutto cotto bits, generous parmesan shavings & large housemade croutons.
Overall, open to trying it again but not exactly running back anytime soon.
The sandwiches here are the best (open on the Main please!🙏) try the chicken cutlet - you will not be disappointed. Great value for money which is hard to come by these days. Cannolis are always fresh & delicious too. A must if you are in the point!
Amazing tiramisu - the sandwich (I had the fried chicken one) was nice too. The flat white was a bit too strong for my taste, but the tiramisu was definitely a hit!
