I am sharing this review because the experience genuinely stayed with me. I visited the McGill location around 5:30 p.m. on Friday with my husband as a first-time customer & was unfamiliar with the menu. I asked a simple question about whether the bun contained sesame seeds & requested help choosing a basic sandwich.
The staff member was dismissive & unwilling to explain the menu or available options. While my husband does not have any allergy restrictions & could have ordered without issue, the overall service was so unwelcoming that it turned both of us off from ordering.
We ultimately decided to leave, which was disappointing. This was our first visit & will likely be our last. I am leaving this review so the next person does not have to experience the same lack of basic customer service. -1 sta
Food is legit, bread REALLY good. Great spot for tourists & would visit a few times a year as a local, a bit of on the pricey side but thats normal considering the location.
Ciccio's is a great little spot for coffee & sandwiches. The coffee is smooth & well-made, & the sandwich options are fresh, generous, & perfect for a quick lunch (lots of variety, from classic deli-style to more creative combos). Service is friendly & fast, & the vibe is casual & welcoming-easy to pop in & leave happy. Definitely a reliable go-to when you want a solid coffee + sandwich combo.

Went at a non-busy time & they still forgot my order. In addition, when I finally got my salad it was missing both the radicchio & endives advertised in the description - I work around the corner & have enjoyed the sandwiches before but will not be going back.
Hands down the best sandwich I've ever had!
The ingredients were so tasty & excellent quality. Bread was nice & crunchy from the outside but soft & fresh from the inside.
