The bread is crusty & soft, a little warm, fillings are super generous & taste so good. There is some seating inside but when busy expect no space. Nice atmosphere to talk in while the staff are busy around you. Good coffee & would recommend as a great place to go for a bite!

I ate here in November on a rainy day. I won't dwell on the quality of the food, which wasn't bad (although, being Italian, I have eaten better panini in my life), but on the treatment I received. My plan was to eat there & stay to study for a bit, waiting for the rain to stop. I was not allow to do. Immediately after finishing my panini, about 15 minutes after arriving, I was asked from the one who seemed to be the owner of the place, to leave, even though the place wasn't so busy & outside was still raining.
I felt uncomfortable, I recommend the place only if you want to be treated rudely!!
Une magnifique découverte ! Nous n'avions pas planifié une visite au Ciccio's mais nous ne le regrettons pas. C'était délicieux, tout simplement. Nous avons partagé deux sandwichs & ils étaient fraîchement préparés, excellents, rien à redire. L'accueil fut très chaleureux, typique de Montréal selon notre expérience jusqu'à maintenant ☺? Je recommande vivement !
Had a great experience at Ciccio's. Shoutout to Monica & Matthew for their amazing hospitality. It was my first time meeting Matthew & he was very welcoming, & Monica as always was smiling & providing incredible service. The food was delicious & fresh, & the overall experience was excellent!

The food is great, but Saiya's service is what makes this place special. She deserves recognition for how consistently amazing she is (& honestly, a raise!). Highly recommend coming here!
An adorable diner/café vibe with great flavours for a reasonable cost. The staff were all incredibly kind despite my family arriving about 10 minutes til closing. Would 1000% recommend coming here for a sandwich or simply just the atmosphere!

Don't skip this hidden gem! As a coffee lover, this place is beyond perfect. Typically I don't particularly enjoy sandwiches but Not here. I had three different types of sandwiches & they were delicious 🤤! Can't wait to get them again.
We tried both types of Tiramisu & devoured them (traditional & Pistachio).
My children each enjoyed their sandwich that came from the recommendation from Martin.
We came here last year visiting Montreal & my daughter asked to return because it was memorable then & now.
The attentiveness & service is great! They're courteous & professional.
I recommend trying their products brought from Italy.

An absolutely fantastic establishment with kind, friendly, & helpful employees…quaint & cozy location & the sandwiches are beyond delicious…toasted sesame bread, divine meat, fresh veggies, & the most addicting bomba sauce…I will unfortunately compare any future sandwiches to their stellar offerings…it made such a lasting impression…I can't recommend this spot more for a casual, but top tier meal!!! P.S., a year later the sandwiches still linger in our minds…so delicious & unforgettable that we are taking an 8 hour round trip day trip from Massachusetts to Ciccios to relive the experience…we can't wait & we will definitely be taking some extra sandwiches to go! They are the best!!!❤? We made it back & the sandwiches are still beyond delicious & the staff is still super friendly & inviting…if the opportunity arises again, we will make the trip back from Florida!😂. Thank you for making one of the best sandwiches we have ever had!
I tried the porchetta sandwich & it was delicious. It was juicy & well seasoned (with a perfect balance of herbs & salt) & the bread had a great texture, crispy on the outside & soft inside. All the flavors came together really well. Definitely worth it. 100% recommended.

Super sandwich savoureux! L'intérieur est très bien décoré & le personnel aimable. Ma conjointe n'ayons pas eu beaucoup d'options, je me dois de laisser un 4, mis à part ça je recommande!
I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy & retro the restaurant feels. The sandwiches were really tasty, & the salad was superb! Service felt a little bit off, but the rest outweighted it.
Totally recommended if you're around the Old Port.

Sandwich was to die for. Bread was fresh & crisp. Muffuletta with mortadella & salami just pure flavour town. I do feel that customer facing staff should be more warm & inviting. Highly recommend!
