Christina's Cuisine. When we walked in we were greeted & somehow it was clear that we had not been there before, so the man proceeded to show us some of the items in the hot case for tonight's specials with beaming pride (in case we were unfamiliar with Greek food). Although they didn't show our reservation, they sat us immediately (& the restaurant was full during our whole meal...with several people popping in for take away.) It was just a small strip mall restaurant, but it smelled wonderful & felt warm & welcoming & you could almost feel a sense of pride before you even started eating. We ordered a Greek salad (fresh, crisp, & good olives), calamari (meaty & crisp without being greasy), octopus (delicious & perfectly prepared, but a very small amount for the price), tzatziki (creamy & yummy, although I'd prefer a little more garlic, dill, & mint. I like to reek after eating this ;D), moussaka (Greek comfort food at its homey best), pork roast & potatoes (perfectly savory potatoes that Mitch went gaga over & a nice beautiful flavor to the pork...although I always find roast pork to be a little dry, so not my favorite...the flavorful juices served with it made it delicious, grilled lamb chops (absolutely Mmmmmm & my favorite ... although not especially meaty, very enjoyable & hit the spot). Mia & I got Aperol spritz's (that they made cute with some blueberries & sprig of mint) that were very Aperol forward, our favourite twist as we lean more toward a Aperol 3/Prosecco 2/Fizzy Water 1 ratio instead of the usual Prosecco 3 & Aperol 2 Fizzy Water 1 norm. We enjoyed our meal & all felt like this is the type of place that would be quick to recognize you if you came back & probably treat like family if you were a regular (especially having watched the staff's conversations & body language with everyone coming in & dining or picking up to go). We look forward to coming back & maybe next time trying a gyro or souvlaki! (A couple of photos we swiped from their website as we dove in & forgot to take pix! Thr rest are ours ;) )
Most delicious food here. Highly recommend this restaurant. I would eat here daily
I love Greek food & I love small cozy areas & that's exactly what this place is delicious, great food & a really cozy restaurant. Had the calamari was great. Greek solid. Fantastic. They had a nice display of traditional Greek dishes like moussaka & pastizio along with fish & so many different things to choose from. The tzatziki was to die for. Definitely going to come back. Definitely recommend it
Delicious Greek food with big variety, the service is excellent & the portions are generous. Best to make reservation in advance since the seats are limited. Highly recommended!
I came across Christina's Cuisine when googling Greek restaurants who provide catering. Reviews were all super positive so I felt comfortable asking them to cater Mothers' Day for 24 people. Dora was awesome. She helped me select a menu that would make the vegetarians & meat eaters in my family happy. She also provided awesome advice on the amount of food we needed. The food was a hit. Everyone loved it. The amount we ordered was perfect too. Biggest hits were the veggie moussaka, stuffed peppers, Greek salad, dolmes, & the pastitsio. Highly recommend Christina's Cuisine & also Dora to guide you through all the decisions.
Great restaurant to go out with friends & family! The owners Dora & George are fantastic hosts. We had an amazing time & would recommend!
It always has home-cooked Greek food. You can taste the love in every bite. Highly recommend.
Wonderful home-cooked food in a homey atmosphere. A taste of Greece in Laval! Highly recommend.
We ordered takeout from Christina's & although we did not get served by a waiter, the service did not disappoint. We were immediately welcomed as soon as we walked through the door, this being our first time, we had quite a few questions about the menu & although they were very busy (Saturday night) they took the time to give us recommendations & answer our questions. We ordered the gemista, tzatziki, gigantes, Horta, eggplant & gyro plate. Everything was so delicious & fresh, it really felt like we were eating at yiayias house again. Would 100% recommend & go back! Thank you!
This is not the first time I have been in Christina & it will not be the be the last. Always is a pleasure to eat here & if I have the option to give more star I will give them without hesitation. Today I order a Pikilia & Moussaka, so recommended!
This is by far the best Greek food I've had next to my mother's home made cuisine. Their dishes are very authentic, fresh & so flavorful & the portions are huge. Definately a lot of value for your money. I highly recommend these guys & with the trek trip go to Laval. & the service is impeccable. Thanks guys & you'll definately see us again!!!
I highly recommend trying their off menu dishes, especially their lamb & pork

We were going to Laval so we decided to try something new in the area. We looked for a Greek restaurant & found Christinas cuisine. From the moment we entered we felt welcomed, the waiter asked us if it was our 1st time & then he started explaining to us the house specialties. The place has a nice Greeky ambiance which was very enjoyable. We tried the taramasalata (only letdown sadly), the Greek salad (very good), the pastitsio (delicious) & the moussaka (amazingly delicious). The service was fast as well as friendly & the prices were reasonable. Highly Recommended if you want a taste of Greece.
