Dans l’ensemble, les avis sur Chocolats Favoris soulignent la qualité et la diversité des glaces et des chocolats, l’ambiance chaleureuse et un personnel souvent sympathique et efficace, ainsi que des desserts bien présentés et des options sans lactose appréciées. Beaucoup remercient le choix généreux, la fraîcheur des produits et l’expérience conviviale pour un moment en famille ou entre amis, et certains considèrent même que c’est un endroit incontournable pour se faire plaisir. Pour autant, plusieurs retours mentionnent des services parfois lents et des files d’attente longues, des erreurs de commande et des détails pratiques à améliorer, comme la gestion lors des périodes chargées et la politique concernant l’eau payante. Dans l’ensemble, Chocolats Favoris demeure apprécié, mais des points d’amélioration sur le service et la précision des commandes semblent souhaitables.
Une impression mitigée:
Un dimanche après midi, en famille. Cadre accueillant, bien décoré. Concept sympa. Le lieu était calme à ce moment là, malgré cela la salle pas très propre & le personnel courtois, mais impatient & un peu blasé.
Pour 50 CAD, 4 desserts, servis dans du carton avec des fourchettes en bois, pas de carafe d'eau, service minimum… La qualité du produit semble bonne, mais s'adresse plus aux fans de sucre qu'aux amateurs de chocolat selon nous.
Un moment agréable passé quand même, mais avec la sensation d'avoir payé le prix d'une expérience « chocolaterie raffinée » pour une expérience «chaîne industrielle »

Chocolate Favourites has an impressive selection of chocolate treats that will satisfy any sweet tooth. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable, making for a great experience. However, the prices are on the higher side & may not be affordable for everyone. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to relax & indulge in some delicious chocolate.
I had a great experience at Chocolats Favoris. The shop is clean, welcoming, & filled with so many amazing chocolate options. The staff were friendly & helpful, & the service was quick.
Their desserts are truly delicious, rich, fresh, & beautifully presented. It's the perfect place to treat yourself or pick up a gift for someone. I'll definitely be coming back!
I ordered a small ice cream with a chocolate dip & the payment terminal suggested 15% tip as the lowest suggestion & I decided not to tip.
I get the feeling that I was served long after because of this since a lot of clients who paid after me were served before me. I guess that's why paying beforehand can have negative effects on service.
I don't think dipping in chocolate warrants 15% tip.
Ok, this place was good. But to much chocolate, I was in chocolate overload. I got a bowl of ice cream with milk chocolate dip. It had so much chocolate it was difficult to eat. But it was good. So the next night I went back & got a small cone that was 1/2 dipped. MUCH easier to eat & it was great!
A lovely shop for any chocolate enthusiasm. It's beautifully decorated with a strong chocolate flavour in the air. A good variety of chocolate, including chocolate covered marshmallow or any kind of dipped iced cream flavor. Plenty of staff to serve so there's never any lineup. It's more on the pricey side as anyone can expect from a shop right in the middle of Dix30.

I had an uncomfortable experience when I came to buy some chocolates from here. I wanted to buy some assorted chocolates to my family as gifts, so I wanted 2 boxes, for a total of 48 chocolates. Like any other business, they sell a larger quantity of chocolates for a "bulk price", that is cheaper than if you would buy them individually. This seemed very convenient, so I thought, I will buy 48 chocolates & ask them to put it in 2 boxes, so that I can save a bit of money & not have to pay for a batch of 24 & another batch of 24. They told me that if I wanted to buy 48, & split them, they couldnt put them in 2 boxes, they could only divide them in 2 bags. I did not understand why. They went on to explain that they couldnt put them in 2 boxes, because there was no way they could separate the cost of the boxes. I still did not understand. The boxes they use are cardboard, they are worth less than a dollar each. I told them that I could pay them a dollar for each box & they said they couldnt do that. It was very uncomfortable because I wanted to save some money by not having to pay for 2 batches of 24. I didnt want the plastic bags because they were going to be gifts, & they told me if I wanted them in boxes I would have to bring my own box. This was a bit ridiculous to me. In the end, because I was pressed for time & my guests were waiting, I bought 48 chocolates, but they didnt let me pay for the 48 chocolates price. Instead I had to buy 2 boxes of 24 & pay a higher price. Its things like this that make me not want to ever come back again.
The store is beautiful, & it's the paradise for chocolate lovers. Right now, there are many Christmas gift baskets, in case you don't know what to offer. The only thing is that customer service is very slow, & it is not even busy, at least when I came. It took over 15 min to order a mini ice cream. Then, it was over 10 min for the order to be ready.
We first ordered a hot chocolate & paid. After a few minutes they said they are out of milk. So we said it’s fine let’s change the order & requested an ice cream (apparently popular one) they asked us to pay the little difference amount (less than one dollar) to give us the ice cream. It was weird that because their supply shortage we changed the order & they didn’t waive that $0.9

Super good, chocolate Sunday tastes like real chocolate not nesquick. Tons of options, including chocolate dipped ice cream cookies. Fast & friendly staff.
Taking one point off because no soap in the washroom. Like not empty, dispenser was removed from wall & no other soap.
