Chifa est la façon dont le chef Larrea partage ses souvenirs d’enfance à travers sa propre interprétation de la cuisine péruvienne chinoise. Originaire du Pérou, cette cuisine de Chifa est un accord d'éléments chinois avec des ingrédients traditionnels péruviens.

First time at Chifa, but definitely not my last. The food was delicious, only small think that bothered me was that the fried rice contained uncooked rice grains.

Le personnel est tout simplement incroyable. Surtout la fille qui fait les ceviches (Assou je crois). Des gens tellement gentil, sympathique, compétents, etc.
& la nourriture, wow , les ceviches, les calmars, etc....
Merci pour cette belle soirée qu'on a fini au Pelicano 🍻😁

Très belle expérience. Nous avons adoré. Le serveur nous a assigné une table en face de la cuisine « un spectacle » regarder les chefs cuisiner & la personne qui dresse les assiettes était vraiment gentille & top.
Le serveur un peu nonchalant. Mais, en général nous recommandons l'endroit.

Nice place, with very good food & dishes, & drinks. The ceviche was really, really good! Very good service, but bar service can be a bit slow.

Always a grand time at Chifa. Wonderful team of chefs & waiters. Their original takes on Chinese-Peruvian food are unlike anything else served in town. Unusual ,tasty & fun. The setting is beautiful & inviting. It is my number-one choice to bring guests who love discovering new flavours. See you soon!

Mediocre service & food. I'd give Chifa another shot but only when it's not crowded.
The were really busy & didn't seat us until 30 minutes after our reservation time. Trying to get the server's attention was a challenge & since the dishes are family style, each dish came out one at a time, about 20-30 minutes apart. The rice was unevenly cooked--it was obvious that the kitchen staff combined plain undercooked rice with the dish in order to increase the portion. The rice that was seasoned was cooked but mixed in with underflavored & undercooked rice.
The dinner was already mediocre, but went downhill when one of the servers attempted to pour a new wine into a glass that still had a different type of wine in it. We had already finished a bottle of wine & wanted to order a different wine by the glass. The server offered us tastings, & without having finished the first tasting, he attempted to pour the second wine into the same glass. I stopped him because I did not want to mix two different wines & his response was, "it's just a tasting." This is after he already refused to serve a certain wine because they did not have an open bottle.

Super bon. Les calmars sont délicieux. Le riz une merveille. Tout ce que j ai essaye est super bon. L atmosphère. L accueil, le décor merveilleux.

We loved our experience at Chifa. We sat at the bar, enjoyed watching one of the chef's prepare ceviche dishes (which we tried of course). We also had the dumplings & a few other dishes. Everything was delicious & beautifully presented. Highly recommended if you are looking for a tasty food with fun atmosphere. & the service was very friendly & responsive. A wonderful evening.

The dishes were stupendous & the drinks were very original. What an amazing anniversary dinner. The service was excellent. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
