You must order from the counter, and get up again when it’s ready to gather, except on weekends, and only for coffee (maybe with sugar). Prepared like it was meant to be, no fodder. This used to be one of the best burger spot in Montreal me & my mother used to eat there all the time when we craved a good burger or a poutine.
Nowadays portions are smaller than ever the burgers are messy too much sauce mediocre ingredients & the pattys are chewy.
Honestly so disappointed especially since its on the pricier side for burgers & poutine nowadays it is really just not justified to charge such pricings for such mediocre mess!
By the way I paid 14 bucks for a snack size poutine how ridiculous..😂
On aime bien d'habitude le burger de Tousignant & c'est de la bonne « comfort » food donc en ce samedi soir devant un match des canadiens , on a pas hésité. Malheureusement cette fois-ci les proportions des poutines étaient décevantes pour une grande poutine & une poutine régulière, & ce malgré la reconnaissance que « tout coûte plus cher ». La sauce « gravy », un élément si important aux poutines, n'était pas au rendez-vous. En espérant que ce commentaire soit lu comme une critique constructive & que le restaurant ajustera son offre.
ALERTE 🚨 Banger Burger. Oubliez ce que vous savez, ou que vous croyez savoir sur les smash burger. Repartez de zéro. Leur burger devait être légalement interdit par la loi tellement il est addictif. Foncez-y. & en plus de ça le staff est aussi juicy que leur cuisine : 10/10.
Très bon burger avec d'excellents ingrédients. Les légumes étaient très frais & les frites, parfaites. Service rapide & sympathique. Je trouve ça un peu trop cher pour des burgers cependant.
Nourriture excellente, le burger Tousignant avec le jambon à l'érable est super gourmand ! Conseillé par le super serveur Arnault qui était top & avec un grand sourire !!! Je recommande
À quand l'étoile Michelin? À quand le prix Mister Québec pour le beau serveur Arnault? Jeune, agile, vigoureux & surtout rigoureux derrière le patty, il vous servira des burgers juteux & tendres comme tout-signant.

Tu sais, le sentiment de payé trop cher pour quelques chose de très ordinaire, les reviews sont tous tellement positif que j'y suis allé, 10$ le hot dog, 15$ le format de poutine que ma niece de 2 ans aurai encore faim après, petit conseille mes amis, pour la poutine faite griller vos frittes un peu plus & arrêté d'inonder la poutine de sauce, j'ai l'impression de boire une soupe ak des morceaux de pattates molles dedans. J'ai pas essayer le burger, j'avais oublié mon chèquier, mais guys revoyer vos prix & donnez un produit de meilleur qualité. Ambiance quand meme cool soit dit en passant.
Tried the double cheese burger. It was fine but expensive & in the end I didn't like it very much, it felt just like a brick of calories with no flavor contrast or texture contrast to me. Maybe all that cheese fusing the meat together didn't help. Maybe I'm just not really into smash burgers.

Montreal has some serious smash burgers game & I must say, Chez Tousignant, is a big player, had a double cheese burger & it did not disappoint at all, from the juicy perfectly seasoned patties to the home cut fries😀

Excellent burger. Par contre le temps d'attente est hors norme! Plus de 30 minutes pour 1 burger take out ce n'est tout simplement pas acceptable. & ce à 3 visites toujours le même constat. À améliorer, car beaucoup potentiel…
Went for a lovely meal late night The place was beautiful. Looks like something from the 50s
burger was absolutely delicious. Poutine was outstanding even the hot dog was the best.
The only thing that I did not like was the attitude of the girl who was taking our order she was not happy. She made a very awful face like she was not happy doing her job or not happy serving us even to huff & puff very inappropriate & because of that I will not be returning again
all they have to say is when you have first time customers entering & they're asking questions about the food or asking for a accommodates
please don't be giving attitude, faces & huffing & puffing it's very unprofessional it is part of your job to serve people & give service
