I ordered the regular hot dog, the Michigan hot dog with poutine cheese inside. I also got the Italian poutine. The hot dogs were good, but the poutine was ok.
Went back with my son after many years & it was excellent!! Enjoyed the best shopsy hot dog...The steamy period!! Fries were perfection! Thank You Pat for your kindness & great service! We'll be back!

J'avais envie d'un plat réconfortant. Je suis passée au comptoir pour une poutine & deux hot-dogs vapeur. Service courtois & rapide. Casse-croute typique. Photos de vedettes sur les murs. Lieu Old school & personnel sympathique. Menu simple mais les classiques y sont. On sait que ça sera bon quand des réguliers passent pendant notre commande. Frites de casse-croute comme on aime en avoir. Je me suis régalé. A savoir: Argent comptant seulement.
This is the queen of hot dog joints in the city. Everything you would want in a casse croute. Decore, out door benches. Hot dogs are great. Toppings are great. Fries are great.
Price is perfect portions are big the poutine is perfect! A lot of curds they don't cheap out!! Service is great they are so nice will definitely be back all the time & they are open till 4am so it's awesome! I'm also celiac & their poutine did not give me a reaction! So happy !
This local landmark sadly didn't live up to the hype, if you plan on making an out-of-your-way trip as we did. You can either take your food to go (not ideal for hot dogs & fries) or eat standing up at a counter with no seats. The place was absolutely freezing cold & unwelcoming & we were eating our meals as quickly as possible. We ordered hot dogs (too much cabbage that wasn't cut), fries with sauce (good flavour but far too much sauce), & fries (very tasty & generous portion). On the pricey side for casse-croute with basic offerings. ***Edit*** Thank you for your response & please note: - we visited prior to the holiday week - sauce is okay but there was too much (it was close to being a soup) maybe offer it on the side(?) - the cabbage is good just ought to be cut & not long spaghetti like strings (& yes I took most of it off)

Just ordered in Ubereats & when we received the order of hot dog which we specify coleslaws cayenne mustard + mayo & ketchup, they only put mayo & ketchup but none of the selection of coleslaws cayenne & mustard! It just s*cks that they got the order wrong when we got it in hand... The food is great but they could have been more careful & do the order right for ppl who order for delivery...
Super fun local poutine place. Definitely tucked away a bit, & options are not super fancy but you get what you pay for. Seems like the drive through is most popular but inside had plenty of standing room to eat
