Lors de ma visite, j'ai observé le cuisinier préparer la poutine en comprimant le fromage avec ses mains, sans gants ni ustensiles. Je trouve cela inacceptable, car cela compromet les normes d'hygiène.
Les frites & hot dog peuvent excellent. Mais franchement la poutine moyen ( frites froides , sauce très moyenne ) reste un spot iconique. Pas d assise. Juste comptoir en hive

Je viens souvent ici, jamais été déçue, meilleur hot dogs & poutines de Montréal. Meilleure équipe pour le service client le mardi soir. Un incontournable pour les montréalais.

It has a perfect balance of what a poutine should taste like. Not to mention that their fries are fried in tallow so a super healthy alternative to regular oil 😍!!!
This place is a gem & I hope they keep going for many years to come.
The only thing is that I wasn't able to receive a confirmation whether their poutine is gluten free. I know their fries have dedicated fryers but what about the sauce? I'd love to know for sure since my daughter has celiac & would love to try your poutine one day too.
The reason I'm writing this review is because Dora deleted my comment on Instagram. The employees do not respect the food safety laws in place by the mapaq. I found a dime in my poutine…. Yes a shiny 10cent dime. It sucks because shopsys hot dogs are the best in Canada in my opinion. I know a lot of people are going to be upset by this review saying it's a greasy spoon & that's how it's supposed to be. I'd like to enjoy my poutine without having to go to the dentist for a broken tooth thank you. I also do not want food poisoning. Choose wisely Montreal.

Le hot-dog all dressed de Chez Ma Tante est un classique! Généreusement garni.
La poutine a des frites savoureuses & sucrées. La sauce est bien mais le fromage est moins frais qu'avant, semble plutôt du fromage réfrigéré & manque un peu de goût.
Les prix ont vraiment beaucoup augmenté mais c'est un peu partout pareil, alors ça demeure acceptable.
L'autre problème de ce petit casse-croûte est l'impossibilité de manger assis sur place durant l'hiver . Il y a un petit comptoir élevé où l'on peut manger debout, sans aucun banc.
L'été, ce problème ne se pose pas puisque Ma Tante dispose alors des tables à picnic à l'extérieur.
Les hot dogs son pas bon pi jai fait une commande tout simple 3 hot dog 3 poutine jarrive che nous i manque 2 hot dog si jveut qui manque des item dans ma commande ma aller che mc donald
