Alright. It's not a "Fine five star Michelin dinning sit-down restaurant", No, instead it's a Quebec historical landmark serving since 1929 simple whole beef hotdogs real fresh red potatoes french fries. (Not frozen, not "industrially transformed potatoes laden with pesticides & preservatives.) K.I.S.S (Keep it simple stupid) many famous clients walked in & returned time & time again.
